Air America Radio didn't can her, they were trying to change the contract so that they could fire her, so she said "screw off" and went to Nova M, then finally to Rush's Network.

The reason they wanted to change the contract is that they (the new owners) never got to write it. It was an existing contract that they didn't want to honor.

Rush's network (by which I mean the one that he's on) is known as Premier radio Networks. They syndicate him, Randi, Coast to Coast AM, The Tech Guy and many other shows.

These are the people that sell the shows to the individual stations.

At Air America she was one of the few people who actaully knew something about radio.

Say what you will about Senator Franken, but he was NOT a radio guy.

She's actaully gone on at great lengths about how Clear Channel has treated better then anyone else.

I like her show. I listen to her, Thom Hartmann, some Limbaugh, some Schultz, Some Levin, I can't do Hannity though because his voice is pretty grading.

And yeah, a pet peeve of mine is 2 people talking at the same time (or talking over one another). I've honestly heard Thom and Ed do it more often then she does, but that doesn't mean your wrong, just me recollection is different.

I've generally found her to be among the best of talking people through an opposing argument, but again I haven't every second of every show.
