Some of the video snips are incorrect according to HL2 canon. Although, I really think you'd be good at making machinima judging from how well you are good at controlling SNPCs, ideas, and camera angles.

The other cities are irrelevant, because City 17 has the "main" or administrating Citadel, and when it was destroyed, it threw the Combine all around the world into dissaray, they could no longer communicate with their leaders and gave the Resistance the chance they'd been needing for ten years or so.
for all we know, the citadel in C17 may have been the only one capable of off world communication and transportation, which is why it would be disastrous if it fell.

3) G-man gave Eli Vance the samples to use in the test chamber knowing full well that it would open a portal to Xen and allow the combine to get through, he even puts the marines on alert 2 weeks b4 the resonance cascade occurs.
4)G-man makes it clear the his employers take offers for Gordon's services, likely the vortigaunts won Freeman's contract for service...
... that's most-likely why the resistance wasn't too horribly shocked to see him return, and why they had his HEV suit all ready for him to use.

I think the G-man and his employers are playing one gian chess game, Gordon being the knight, Eli, Alyx and the Combine all being pawns (except perhaps the Combine's top members, they may have an idea of who the G-man is and what he's doing.)

It was only Garrys's mod he used it allow you to gte loads of hl2 css dod stuff anfd build em into things but u can also downlaodmods for em like the military mod pack he used :D
1 Under the npc spawn menu there's a weapon list. Select the rpg from there. (If it isn't there, verify GMod)
2 Either run around with the camera selected, or go to the console and type "r_drawviewmodel 0" to hide your gun, and "cl_drawhud 0" to hide the hud. Also do "notarget" and "god", unless you play an active part.
for number 12 use Fraps evenb though u will have to press the record button every 30s econds but to be honest ive never had a 30 second or above long chip :D

You don't need to download anything. Just open the console, type "give npc_strider" and a strider spawns where you are standing. You can also do npc_combinegunship and most other things you can think of.

I think that they are alien, but they don't have to be neccessary intelligent. They can be simple lifeforms on onther planets

theres bound to be a kick ass alien race out there thats going to kick ours eventually, of course there gonna kill me first before I do slavery, but think about it, we don't even know the size of the universe! basically, if aliens invade, its either we kick their butts, or they kick ours, and if there intelligent enough to get here, im pretty sure they got better weapons, I think half life 2 explains it perfectly, there will always be rebels.

yes, but not every alien race will be hostile. In fact, if they are intelligent, do u really think they would attack for no reason? I doubt they would attack even for earths resources, it would be too costly for them.

don't worry. well, there used to be a theory that a reptile race once had a battle with some other races like the greys. i mean we a still to early in our advancement to realize that there are others life forms out there.

you could say its a traite derived from our primate ancestors.
it comes down to making our "clan" (country or group) stronger, which involves whereby kicking the S**t out of each other to either feel superior or get more land unless we are all doomed whereby we have no choice.
trajic really, especially if such an even (e.g. invasion) occurs and if we win, afterwards we would still go back to our old ways.

It was only Garrys's mod he used it allow you to gte loads of hl2 css dod stuff anfd build em into things but u can also downlaodmods for em like the military mod pack he used :D

1-how did you give the citizen the RPG
2-how did you get the phys gun to not show up
3-what video program did you use and how do you use it. I'm looking to do a 7 hour war searies. don't have any video softwhere though

1 Under the npc spawn menu there's a weapon list. Select the rpg from there. (If it isn't there, verify GMod)
2 Either run around with the camera selected, or go to the console and type "r_drawviewmodel 0" to hide your gun, and "cl_drawhud 0" to hide the hud. Also do "notarget" and "god", unless you play an active part.

You don't need to download anything. Just open the console, type "give npc_strider" and a strider spawns where you are standing. You can also do npc_combinegunship and most other things you can think of.
