I married a Christian and even converted to Catholocism. Went through the RCIA program and all. I still scoff at the mention of miracles and heaven, but basically go to church with the family, and realize evolution is fact. Luckily I have role models to look up to like Ken Miller who seem to have worked out the obvious contradictions. I still struggle with it...daily.

Yes, jerks like AmazingAtheist. The guy's really bright, but what a fuck-head. I'd never sub to that guy. I'm subbed to Fakesagan, and that's pushing it bigtime! This is awesome, so glad to see you two chit chat. I would expect there would be some topics that could split your friendship, but... I hope that is not true. I have yet to be capable of maintaining friendships of religious people who were always nice to me, but when they say things like its more important to feed the soul of a child in africa than his/her body with actual food I just can't respect them enough to be their friend. UGH. Anyway... this is cute.
