This isn't Araki Kae and Midorikawa Hikaru. This is from the CD dramas, where their voices are Noriko Hidaka (Miaka) and Toshihiko Seki (Tamahome).

On a side note this is a song that came from one of the drama CDs thus the voice actors were different
