@bookworm1138 Because it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the book. And Rice didn't consent to the makers of the film. P.S. Stuart Townsend did a decent Dorian Gray but couldn't out do Tom as Lestat for his own life. I think it's because 1 he actually studied up on the part and read the books. and 2 he has a huge ego like Lestat.

Mostly Mekare, the true QOTD was completely cut out. Those Hollywood idiots!!!
