I have a pleasure of flying to Jeddah every year in summer, the best landing time at Jeddah International Airport is evening or late night time when its dark.

Makes you feel as you are landing in Las Vegas.

Just beautiful....

i have flown saudia many times between dammam and jeddah and even riyadh and i did not like the airline....why would i fly saudia if i can drive 40 miles from dammam to manama and catch a connecting flight on emirates which has much better service and pilots by the way.....saudia doesnt have my honor to spend my money with them anymore.....idiot

was really nice flight, DC-JED is 11 hrs and 50 mins. for JED-DC 12 hrs and 50 mins.

I had an emergency exit seat A52 so I had enough room to stretch my legs.

I have been there in 1981 and was very impressed then by the hugeness of that Airport.I have travelled quite extensively but this Airport is the biggest & modern.However..we cannot talk with any males in the Airport that time a police cut us off some Culture Shock..but overall we have a nice pleasant trip.

It's huge because it handles the Hajj traffic every year.

I've landed and taken off from this airport over a million times in my life. Lived in Jeddah from 1980-1990 so this airport brings back sweet memories. Let's not forget the incredibly slow saudi passport control,my dad yelled at them once im surprised they didn't cane him:)

i remember landing in jeddah. it was cool on a 747-400 from zia int. i couldnt see they wings of the plane because i was in first class cabin. but it was smooth and cool. i enjoyed every minute!!

This is not a B777 my friend. the B777 has not winglet and it had singleslot outboard flap and you shouldn't see the outboard engine too. It is a twin engine aircraft!! Ha Ha Ha
