Hey, of course you know this, but for these companies that run websites, they don't ultimately care about whether something is fair or not - they care about their revenue and profit.
The only real solution to this is to run your own website. This is not a realistic option in most cases though.
Sorry for the many messages, I try to stop this rant now. It's just an example of how a company running a website can look like morons in how they treat a customer. Certainly youtube/google can do better than that and not start harassing their customers.

The moderator is a banning automate which can be manipulated simply by reporting someone's posts often. The incompetent moderator takes the easy way out and bans the person whose posts are being reported. I think if you experience something similar then you have the option of reminding them of the anti-bullying and anti-harassment laws in effect in the USA.
Since then I've taken a look at the forum several times and the same bullying goes on but now of course against other people than me. Some people who are old members of the forum have started to suck up to the bullies and are posting very complimentary messages to them often which I find pathetic and ridiculous - they have changed their style just to please the bullies and to make sure they don't have the same fate that I had.
I've actually not given up on this and I may remind them of the legislation that should protect me from such treatment. I feel I got "mobbed" for no justifiable reason and the worst thing is that a moderator joined the mob and also harassed me and banned me. I think the moderator thought it's easier to ban me than to make the other people start behaving well towards others.
I later tried to appeal to their customer service and got a rubbish answer which was effectively telling me nothing can be done. It's the worst experience I've had on-line and time after time I was amazed at the messages the moderator sent to me. The first time I mentioned that I am being harassed by others, I got a message with a threatening tone and I was made guilty for it. It was absolute nonsense.
I was banned based on a thread in which I absolutely did not attack anyone, but several other people attacked me and diverted the discussion to personal things several times and teaching me English with a condescending tone and that sort of rubbish - and by the way the grammar "advice" I was given there was completely wrong. Make sure all your videos are somewhere safe. Obviously YouTube is looking for any lame excuse they can find to delete your channel because you have repeatedly critizied their BS. You need to find a new site you can host your videos on and let us know where it's at so we know where to go once YouTube deletes your channel.

I once flagged a youtube video because it was instructions on how to tie knives onto legs of birds for cockfighting. It was clear to me it was unethical as the intention was obvious and it was linked to other pro cockfighting videos.

@Nextstopearth well according to some people smoking in the car with your kids is child abuse, and smoking in your house if you have pets is animal abuse. A customer at my store told me the other day a notice was placed in her mailbox about abusing her pets by smoking in the house with them. Most likely the work of a nosey liberal.. and there's plenty of that going around. Now put some damned pants on that dog, you.. abuser! :)

I remember that video, but its of 2 animals that were kinda doing the wrong thing, but like you say, it's a nature video and really isn't as if it were porno, which I see a lot of strange video postings, not porn either but not exactly YouTube friendly either. I saw a video of nature pictures of trees and rocks that somehow formed into sexual positions. I have it bookmarked if you'd like to see it. I also agree you shouldn't be searching for animal sex videos, it looks worse.

Make sure all your videos are somewhere safe. Obviously YouTube is looking for any lame excuse they can find to delete your channel because you have repeatedly critizied their BS. You need to find a new site you can host your videos on and let us know where it's at so we know where to go once YouTube deletes your channel.

When twitter introduced a new frontpage, I tried it out and never went back. But you can still use the older page there.
When Youtube introduced a new frontpage, I tried it out as soon as I saw it, and immediately switched back to the old one. But a couple of weeks later the old one disappeared, and the new one is still awful.
