You don't need to wear gloves. Hand's are sanitised between Meat/Veg pizzas. If you were concerned about bacteria, his hands will have been washed before the video was shot.

I think to win it it's got to be under 40seconds...with two slaps for dough and proper presentation of pizza. :) I tried it...and failed lol coz i beat the shit out the dough :L:L well done tho fella!
