my tactic, personally i would equip the lunar staff, upgrade it if possible, heres the deal when this dodge this guys charged attacks so when hes finished hes hunched and this leaves him vulnerable, smash him with the quick attack button, when hes finished hes combo hits keep quick attacking him and use nimpo when he's about to use a strong attack on you to dodge it, thencounter him with the quick attack button, hope this helps :D
