  • absolute beautiful and breathtaking..

  • Beautiful, I don't know what I'm gonna do if I have such voice!

  • which one is Ben? and is called Benjamin or Benedict?

  • @LuxuryDigitalAgenci

Ben is the one who does that VERY high note just after the beginning. :) i'm not sure what his full name is, but oh my god, his voice is beautiful.

  • This appeal for mercy as performed here is the very pinacle of eclessiastical music...Sublime

  • beautiful,peace,havenly,what a voice have this boy i think high c

  • This is so depressing....

  • i know the lyrics in english but i dont know it in latin. could someone post it?

  • @TheMaverick51

    Third part:

Domine, labia mea aperies : et os meum annuntiabit laudem tuan.

  • @TheMaverick51

    Second part:

Auditui meo dabis gaudium et laetitiam, et exsultabunt ossa humiliata.

Averte faciem tuam a peccatis meis : et omnes iniquitates meas dele.

Cor mundum crea in me, Deus : et spiritum rectum innova in visceribus meis.

Ne projicias me a facie tua : et spiritum sanctum tuum ne auferas a me.

Docebo iniquos vias tuas : et impii ad te convertentur.

Libera me de sanguinibus, Deus, Deus salutis meae : et exsultabit lingua mea justitiam tuam.

  • @TheMaverick51

    First part:

Asperges me hyssopo, et mundabor : lavabis me, et super nivem dealbabor.

  • @TheMaverick51 Easy to find on google, I made for you, see also thereafter fist, second and third parts :

Miserere mei, Deus, secundum magnam misericordiam tuam.

Et secundum multitudinem miserationum tuarum, dele iniquitatem mean.

Amplius lava me ab iniquitate mea: et a peccato meo munda me.

  • Sorry for the caps previously.

  • lOVE AT AROUND 0.20-0.36

  • Can we actually watch a video of the song and not the SAME compilation of shots used in EACH song? Would be nice to watch the performance :/ Every song they have on here has the same video background -.- gets boring, even if the voices aren't.

  • @dzspdref

I don't know about you, but I don't watch these kids for what i'm seeing. the sound is enough for me...

  • This are not the choirboys singing, come on.

  • Very beautiful and moving song one of my favourite Choral music

@skittleslaura obviously only the 3 sopranos are the choirboys but this song cant really be sung by just 3 it is much to complex for that.

I have The Choirboys CD and this version sounds exactly the same. :))

  • OHHH my gosh. I'm a second soprano and I'M jealous of that high C! WONDERFUL, smooth sound. <3 Je'taime (:

  • vozes imprecionnantes ..........

  • i can reach high C but i find it quite hard holding on for a long time

  • @kramkidder1 Do you breathe from below your diaphragm? Meaning, into your gut? To have a lot of breath support, you must think of yourself having never-ending air, and make sure you keep your back and lower gut expanded. It's easier to take a quick breathe when you breath deep into your back and stay expanded down there. Expansion is VERY IMPORTANT! NEVER breath from your ribs...EVER!!!! -Mazzy

  • beautiful version

  • GREAT VOICES BUT LIBERA IS BETTER

  • beautiful angel voices

  • ? this isnt right... sounds very distracting. too many voices competing for first place.

  • @jip1000 What you are hearing may be the "buffering" on your computer.

  • Not to be rude, but is there an actual video of EACH song, not mélange videos of all the songs and an audio overcast background? Almost all their videos are the same with a different audio track.

  • they could use a fourth which it will be Aang

  • beautiful like Aang

  • I play flute, so I can. It hurts my ears to play it though :)

  • And for any of you out there who can read music, just to give an idea, they get up to top C...

  • Yeah I know, I did the solo when my chapel choir performed this last year. Sooooooo beautiful and this version is no exception.

  • you do know there are 3 of them, right?

they look different in the merry little christmas video, is it the same boys?

I like the blonde one, he has a sweet voice.

    x

  • This piece deserves 6 stars.

  • ThankYou!

  • Whoa... how'd they do that?!

    Crazy stuff.

  • wow, that hallway that they walk in at 0:11 is from Harry Potter ^^ its in Oxford, I've been there =) Just noticed

  • wow! where did u get the pic at 4:30 from??

  • I reach that notes only in my high inspired dreams hahahaha.

  • OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE FOUND SUCH A PRECIOUS JEWELL!

This is simply amazing. I've just discoverred this boy and become instantly his nº 1 fan. I adore this boy. I can't believe such talent exists!

  • dude these kids are insane! i love them

  • I love (Gregorio) Allegri! And this recording is very good. I think I still may like Westminster Cathedral's recording of it on their Exultate Deo CD better. Well... Ah! I love both!

  • Wow. Just wow.

  • видео сопровождение совсем не в тему....

  • It is a high C for sure. And true USA ans Europe have differant ranges. But the Joy of listening to this far surpasses what is it . And A+ from me

  • A C6 is two octaves above middle C. I believe there are different systems of numbering, but it appears GermanOperaSinger used the system I am familiar with where the lowest C on the piano is C1 and middle C is C4.

  • And that's why your choir is known all over the world and these three are just local one-hit wonders, right? ;)

  • Rarely?? That should be well within a boy's trained range.

  • wonderful

  • Wonderful!Fantastic!..I love it..

    Keep doing this

    I love Choirboys!

  • Soprano high C!! C6!! I heard it several times (like in 2:31)...this is nothing to scoff at...very very rarely do trebles achieve this range...Bravo...Amazing instrument your voice is Ben...what a gift! Use it wisely...by the way (if you happen to read this Ben)...a good voice is permanent...it does not go away when it breaks...just adopt a different technique and it will be just as brilliant as before...very likely better.

    -Theodore

  • @GermanOperaSinger

    it's not high C. high C is only C5. C6, what they're singing, is top C.

  • @stad97

And top C is C3!!! High... very high even for child voice.

  • @deklica73 It's a C6 actually...

  • @stad97

I think you mean Tenor High C. That's a C5, but Soprano C, also known as High C or Top C. They're the same thing.

  • @danball7777777

well, C4 is middle C and they were two octaves higher, making the 4 a 6. high or top is not the point, the point is it's 6.

  • @GermanOperaSinger and if they do, it very rarely sounds that clear and tragend.
