Well I just cried like crazy. Even though since I read the manga and so I knew he was gonna die. It was much more sad. I wished so much the petition happened so he wouldn't have to die. This is just as sad as when I read Daddy Long Legs. Btw name of the manga/manwha is Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan read if you want to.

The flashback of the brother would kind of throw off the point

This movie is based on a book. I watched this after reading it, and was kind of disappointed because they had to leave so many things out. The movie was beautiful on its own right, but the book was truly heart-wrenching.

On that note, from what I remember, his girlfriend ended up with one of his friends. who was able to pay for her... it was a sad conclusion in that aspect also

just everything was so sad ;____; if this movie made you cry, the book would've made you bawl.

@mrshellokitty2011 it shouldn't be hard to find... if you are Korean. I would think they'd have it on websites and such. The books original title is 우리들의 행복한 시간, Our Happy Times. (The movie's Korean title also means Our Happy Times, but since that doesn't go over as well in English, I think they chose Maundy Thursday instead, which in my opinion is catchy and pertinent.)

If you are not Korean, well... either you'll have to learn Korean, or find someone to translate it for you LOL :(

I'm a little confused I don't understand the article that the girl was looking at where it said he raped and murdered a girl and he had a knife to a girls throat. What was that? His old girlfriend that part confuses me. From what I understand he only killed the last women that came in after the other two girls got killed. @UkexP i dunno what exactly happened with the old gf, but i assumed that she didn't make it to survive because she has no money 4 surgery. after that because he killed a person and at the same time didn't make it to provide money 4 his gf, kang dong won (the lead actor) was becoming desperate, so he just wanted to die. at least that's how i interpret the movie.
