pangasius cats get 4 foot long, you don't need to feed oscars goldfish, its a treat. once a fortnight is more than enough

Those id sharks are very shy in new environment. I know.. I got 3 of them.. but they soon get hungry and eat.. :) If not, it might be something else.

it had an internal disease...i bought a new one cus the meds costed three times as much as the fish. oh and the guy said it could possibly not work, so i got a new one that acts the same as my friend's one.(he's gray for some reason though???)

but my bichir is only about 2"...i just got him and just got him into a 30 gallon tank. he acts normal but i don't see him eating even when i turn the lights off. i have been told to just let him get used to the tank/bloodworms. is that right? any other food suggestions?

Feed him small pallets. I don't think he will eat live fish. They are too slow. I got 4 of them but once in a blue moon, they catch live fishes. Small Sinking pallets will do it. You got to train them to eat the pallets. Or frozen worms when they are young..

i've been feeding my bichir along with my other fishes bloodworms and then to get my bichir to eat them i'd put a few in his hiding spots...i wouldn't find any bloodworms in his hiding spots in the morning. ;)
