This video was the most off-target one so far. Nothing but focusing on the man rather than the arguments. It shouldn't matter that people included in the film distance themselves from scientology, or have negative reviews on some website. You did close by saying you were going to tackle the views next video though, so will go and watch that now, but if you do, these two should have gone the other way around.

@TMOvids When you have a documentary accusing a group of being dishonest in which they deliberately misrepresent the views of legitimate critics I feel it's a relevant footnote. Also the credibility of the people making claims is important to investigate as well. However it's not a major point, merely worthy of note.

@13Heathens How was Paula Joan Caplan misrepresented? She stated her views on the DSM. Which she still holds. I assume she distances herself away from CCHR because of all the attacks from those like yourself. Do you think that the DSM is scientific? Or do you agree with CCHR?

@Mrscientificmethod I have a video discussing the DSM, and I think I made my view of that pile of rubbish fairly clear, however I'll restate it. The majority of the entries in the DSM are billing codes, to allow for insurance to cover treatments - talk therapy included. I've also stated that psychotherapy and talk therapy are far superior treatment techniques, however insurance is notorious for not covering that.. go get a mic! lol

This accords with my own statistical study of the inmates in the UK, 2004-2008, which shows that migrants and blacks are overly represented in mental hospitals compared to white british born. If anyone is interested I can point them to our government records. .

"before you try a fad diet, prescription weight loss drug, or even an herbal appetite suppressant, I want you to listen up. They key to long-lasting results is regular exercise and a balanced diet" Sounds rational to me...

I agree. And i have ADHD and some people say its "not real" and its just someones personality, yet medicine can fix it, so it must involve your brain, right?
