I still feel that what he said or didn't say about Stefanie was very intentional, and that he had to monitor his comments because of Jill. I'm sure she didn't want everyone to know how close RJ and Stefanie were.  I think there was jealousy involved because of all the time she spent with RJ doing the series, Love Letters, and then the movies. My opinion.

I believe RJ and Stefanie are friends, and always will be. I believe whatever they had between them was meant to be kept between them. I think some of his comments in the book were meant to keep people off the fact that they were so close to each other in real life.

I agree to a certain point...if he really wanted to keep whatever happened between them private then all he had to say in his book was: "My friendship with Stef is private." That's all. Many of us would have respected him for that statement instead of bashing Stef.

You know I can't help to think if he got angry at her because she wanted to pursue other things after 400 plays of love letters and how he said jill was a better actor then stef or how he did not like the accents she used why did'nt he just have jill take over love letters.
