i took out the flamelurker by jumping to the side every time hi striked then i ran up behind him and hit him with an enchanted sword he is weak to magic so i took him out fearly eaysy and the dragon god is childsplay so thats to bosses without traveling back to the nexus =)

Let him attack you (the PFS absorbs Flamelurker's attacks like a mega sponge), then slash him twice and back off. Rinse/repeat. Keep moving around in open space like a Matador, if he manages to get you cornered you are finished.

NG+ his attacks obliterate my health (even with Warding) and if I block with my shield my stamina drops down to nothing. He's too swift and aggressive for me to keep up with.
on NG+ it's easier to kill him by getting him caught between the skeletons on the far left side, just wait for him to stop smacking the ground and hit away, it's a rather cheasy strat but hey this game is hard enough in itself
Oh, man. I remember when I beat this game, *SPOILER*, and when I stepped on the Black Maiden's head at the end, I had this feeling of "Oh, yeah. I just beat the hardest game ever.", but then I did NG+ and well, bye bye confidence...again
How do you record your game play like this? I would love to start doing stuff like this for games like DS and new releases in the future, but unfortunately I am lost at how the recording process goes. Buy a TV capture card and plug your PS3 into the computer. Unfortunately, DS cannot be plugged in. When you see screenshots they are likely from a computer emulator. No$GBA or whatnot. You would have to also legally dump your ROMs as there's not a bay of sorts where you could download them, or a miniature supernova.
This is probably the best game on PS3 so far, at least for me. Wouldn't recommend to someone who has a tendency to throw the controller at the TV when something goes wrong, though. The game is annoyingly hard at times but damn that feeling is great when you finish off a boss for the first time.

When he would stay back I used arrows to pull him back up to the bones. Thsi guy has been a thorn in my side. lol

ima give yall a secret...right when u about to die b4 the load screen come up QUIT the game and then turn it back on....ull be right back to where u died with all souls like a check point... lol ....seriously, try it...the game saves after load screens and item pickups...quit b4 it saves and u return like a checkpoint ...they fucked up
haha they didn't really fuck up. the game would run extremely slow if it was saving to the HDD none stop. I'd watch out how often you do that though because you might corrupt your data and that would be balls
Also, this boss is weak to MAGIC, so if you want to go with the melee, try some sticky white stuff (lol) to enchant your weapon. Seriously, his magic defense is piss-poor.
Just make sure you don't have so many souls that you'll regret losing, unequip everything so you'll run fast, then grab the shield and die on purpose. You lose what few souls you have, but get to keep the shield. Plus, you can't kill either of those dragons on the cliff. You have to kill the red one on 1-2, where he's burning up the bridge.
i dont know if you can kill the dragon sitting i killed the red dragon that flew and kept torching the place almost used 200 arrows on him the sitting one i just ran when the tail wasnt sweeping and got it but watch out for the tail it anihalated me once :(

if you had the purple dragon shield, high endurance, and the fire ring. Flamelurker shouldn't be too hard.
I was hoping this game wouldn't possess any "tricks" or "glitches" or allow players to farm or have a single play style reign supreme over all others.
So I take it Newgame+ has you keep your profiles awesome stats and just replay levels with the same ammount of difficulty, no more?

Also 1:52 you didn't have your shield up. every other time u had your shield up and he did that attack, all you lost was stamina.

This is probably the best game on PS3 so far, at least for me. Wouldn't recommend to someone who has a tendency to throw the controller at the TV when something goes wrong, though. The game is annoyingly hard at times but damn that feeling is great when you finish off a boss for the first time.

Kill him with about 100-200 arrows. Worked for me. Plus, you get 10K souls for your trouble. I miss him though. Good old dragon.
