Yeah, Doom 1 does have more darker and amtospheric songs in it, but Doom 2 has more action, faster pace, go kill some muthafucking demons style i suppose...

Doom 1 = Heavy metal asskicking songs + Dark and gloomy and amtospheric tunes.

Doom 2=Fast paced, jazzy, kinda like rock, go get into the game sorta cool tunes!

@ComboTroop well in doom 1 the space marine is on mars/hell and the mood matched as he was just trying to survive. Now he gets home in Doom2 and the monsters running amok. He's pissed now and just going to mow every demon he sees down.
