Well i was on that plane my self and filmed and i promise you that it was a PLANNED low level pass.... It was a special flight doing 2 lowlevel passes at 2 german airport's and then landing the A330 at Tempelhof for the first and last time in history....
Ein "low level pass" ist ein ganz normales Flugmanöver, welches bei der Flugsicherung bei Bedarf angefordert werden kann. Solange es erlaubt wird, ist es zu jedem Zeitpunkt möglich.
Wird hautpsächlich beim Landetraining und bei Rundflügen gemacht.
das nennt man auch "low approach"

Dies sieht mir eher wie ein typischer"go around" als wie ein "low level pass" aus.
Bei einem normalen Landeanflug und bei normalen Flughafenbetrieb ist ein "low level Pass" nicht gestattet.
