@MysTeri0usMatT7 You can do it in Cinelerra. This is kind of a follow up to the Cinelerra tutorial where I do fast and slow motion. Cinelerra has an option to stretch the audio.
I already downloaded SMPlayer, and in the help files it sais that mencoder.exe is in some directory, along with some other .exe's. The others are there, but mencoder.exe isn't.
I've looked into it and haven't found anything native that isn't a bit of a pain. If you search for mendocer and dpg on google, there's some scripts that are involved, but in the end, cut and paste. Easiest suggestion would be to install Wine and load up one of the Windows based converters and see if you can do it from there.

how do you make the video fats , BUT without the chipmunk effect like in VLC player? it gets annoying you know.

It's in the repos if you're running Ubuntu. Just open a prompt and type "sudo aptitude install mencoder" and it should take care of the rest.
