But this is not a real solution.

Why can you not just select controls when you enter for a session - without going on busy mode that causes all these problems -- that allow you to:

1. Not receive ANY group chat.

2. Not receive ANY instant messages.

3. Not receive any teleport requests.

You have clout at Linden. But the customer experience for us creative types who have social networks can be a horror show.

Question for you though.

How do you make it so that you don't receive ANY group IMs unless you have the IM window open? and without leaving the group

I am a member of a support group for a hud, and its kinda annoying when i start receiving random IMs when i am not even using the hud.
