This is our biology, as we evolved as primates we became aware that we needed our fellow ape to survive in a climate and culture that was harsh, cold and boring. As apes we adapted to our surroundings and we evolved over millions of years to what we are today, superior beings with conscience.

We seek knowledge too, but why did you leave that out? It is obvious that as our brains evolved we developed intelligence to the point of being able to ask questions. We asked these questions, and we seeked out answeres. We used what nature gave us. We seek truth in life because our brains actively required fuel, we seek happiness because when we are happy our brain creates chemicals that make us happy, so we seek that high. Beauty is subjective, so is value.

I think before a miracle is announced all those things have already been done RICHDORKS73.there could be another explanation the power of positive thinking beleiving that Mary Mc Killop could and would cure her is then partly scinetific.but still a mystery.Isn't it.? In anycase she is cured and I say thanks be to God.and for her faith.

The definition of miracle is an occurrence that cannot be explained by any other means. Isn't it an interesting coincidence that this lady was also praying for help when the miraculous help came? Use scientific principles and you will at least not rule out divine intervention. Don't let prejudice limit your rational judgment.

She may offer herself to cancer experts for further tests in the hope they may find the REAL reason why.
