A google search for "lyrics oh mandy" returns the results that Barry Manilow, Westlife, and The Spinto band all did a song called "Oh Mandy". Now go download, or youtube the different artists and figure out which verson is the same, then you'll know who it's by. The whole process takes a minute, literally. So no asking "What song?".
