Well I have T Mobile through the phone and I got the insurance through them too. I guess they dont have a tech in there stores and that I have to call them everytime something happens to the phone, then go through a long bs period with them as they try to fix my phone over the phone.
These phones are shit to be honest. The first 3 months they work great but as soon as the ball gets broken in its useless. And it really sucks cause the ball controls everything. Also the phone is like the damn computer sometimes has the hour glass for 10 mins. But then again in work in a steel shop so this phone is useless to me.
you can clean the ball if it gets dirty or get a new one if it really gets messed up. if the case gets broken then you can get a new one of those also in any color you want. you can fix any problem really easily as long as its not some kind of internal electrical problem.
