  • anybody know why this was done? i remember watching it with my roommate back in college in probably 97/98.... but have no idea who did it?

  • Ha my first car, '87 Aries. It caught fire with in 2 days of purchase.... fixed it. After that I had to put it in 2nd (it was an auto) to be able to go up hills..... it finally caught fire a third time in my high school parking lot and that ended it.

  • How do you stop an Aries if the brakes fail?

    Turn on the AC :P

  • Well done commercial for a heap of a car.

  • lick my bone!!!! aries were great cars

  • yes dodge aries and Plymouth reliant they were awsome cars i still see many of them everyday

  • lol 22hp engine

  • if you've ever driven an Aries, you would think 22HP was about right.

  • They were rated at 50 I believe, but that was theoretical because the car would stall out if you give it much gas, so 30hp is the actual max on these.

The engines are commonly considered the worst engine ever too... just more typical Chrystler crap.

  • 93 idiot. And you're entirely wrong, I drive an aries everyday and it never stalls out when giving it too much gas. Its a great a to b car even now a days

  • 93 yeah maybe at the flywheel.

Check your info. I guarantee you even if they changed the rating on the 89, '88 and earlier is 50hp TOPS

  • I think he meant to put down '2.2 Litre Engine' as opposed to '22HP Engine'

    Still funny though.

  • pentastar

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA THAT WAS GREAT! Long live the k cars!

  • Booya!
