Ha my first car, '87 Aries. It caught fire with in 2 days of purchase.... fixed it. After that I had to put it in 2nd (it was an auto) to be able to go up hills..... it finally caught fire a third time in my high school parking lot and that ended it.
93 idiot. And you're entirely wrong, I drive an aries everyday and it never stalls out when giving it too much gas. Its a great a to b car even now a days

lol 22hp engine
simpsonfan13 4 years ago
if you've ever driven an Aries, you would think 22HP was about right.

They were rated at 50 I believe, but that was theoretical because the car would stall out if you give it much gas, so 30hp is the actual max on these.
The engines are commonly considered the worst engine ever too... just more typical Chrystler crap.

93 yeah maybe at the flywheel.
Check your info. I guarantee you even if they changed the rating on the 89, '88 and earlier is 50hp TOPS

I think he meant to put down '2.2 Litre Engine' as opposed to '22HP Engine'
Still funny though.
