I found a FLV copy of this entire show (sorry, can’t remember where), but the quality was just as bad as this, which is a shame as it’s a good show and would be great quality if not for the video encoding.
Is there a proper-quality version anywhere, or was it for some reason recorded in great quality and then immediately converted to the level of quality expected from an old mobile phone? :(

Actually this IS the proper song title. The version of the song they're playing here is from "Where Quantity is Job #1", and it is in fact called "Haillie Does Hebron". The ending (amongst a few other subtleties) is different from "Haillie Salasse, Up Your Ass!" off of "How to Clean Everything".
