@williamsj98 There is fire flight but it's not free, you have to buy it. And as far as the girl thing goes, if I have to sit there and level up a character to max level, grinding quests and instances, then damn it I want something pleasing to the eyes. I would rather stare at a chick toon for months on end then a guy.

@princeofrance I thought DCUO was better because I absolutely loved the world hero vs villain pvp. Its definitely a console MMO and though console texting is a pain in the ass, the combat is pretty fluid and being able to go through some of the classic DCU locations is awesome. Not to mention the additional travel powers you get with your travel ability i.e. super speed can give you the ability to make tornadoes that blast the enemies or run around them so fast you either knock em down or stun m

theres also the adrenaline feeling you get when your trying to outrun/fly numerous players of the opposite faction by going using the architecture to your advantage. Acrobatics allows you to scale and switch buildings easily using gliding and grappling hooks to your advantage to juke and trick enemy movement timing, while speed allows you to run on any building surface and jump far away as you leap from the tallest building at full speed. but remember it is Pay to Play rather than CO's F2P.

@mannyfresh1294 Gold has a lot of features Silver lacks, but far as I know graphics isn't one of them. His computer's probably just better than yours. The biggest difference is that Golds aren't restricted to archetypes and can make their own builds. There are also more customization options, powers, and you get the Adventure Pack missions for free.

Teleport has a *brief* recharge in or out of combat, but 99% of the time you won't ever notice it. The thing that keeps it in "check" in pvp is there is a limited ability for other players to see through it, especially quickly after it's initiated when in combat. If the player gets away for a second or two, they'll probably live.

I'd say flight is best for ease of getting around, TP is pretty good for PVP, though in later levels decreasingly so. Play style changes those generalities a little.

@Chrisruler1 hey yeh i think you can be might and have flight abilities becoz like you im downloading it to and i hav been lookin at vidz and stuff. anyways yes you can have might and flight im 90% sure coz when you choose your framwork (power). you hav an option to choose custom framework which means you customize the powers and abilties to your liking. but thats from heaps of vids ive seen so yeh but im sure u could. :)

@jcamp260 Don't be excited about this going free2play. You have to play with pre-made Archetypes. You cant choose your powers. Unless you pay 15$ a month. You only get 1 inventory bag slot. Limited content throughout the whole game.

It is a unlimited free trial marketed as free to play.

@genedhr The F2P model they have proposed is brilliant. people already subscribed can continue to subscribe and now they have even more advantage points than before. Service to the hardcore fans. People who don't want to pay or do need too much customization can choose the archetypes, which will be very useful characters but for specific purposes. They also don't need to feel TOO gimped because there will be archetype-only PvP arenas. There are 8 archetypes to start and will be many more later.

@genedhr Nice, thanks for the info. A friend had to decide between DCUO and Champions Online. He thought CO would ne nice, since it's free. With this information, he actually bought DCUO and is in love with it (PC). I hate these extended trial ftp games. DAMN IT. And now....gimme some love!
