why do the long island orion v cng's sound weird, why cant they sound like the mta bus orion v cng's???

@bronxville305226 This had a different engine than the others.....plus it all depends on how LIB set the buses up

Didn't these buses replace the 1981 Grumman 870 "B" and 1984 Flxible Metro "A" buses that LIB ran when they were known then as MSBA (Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority)? Both of those fleets used 8V71 Detroit Diesel engines.
