Problem #1, you didn't have your baby "off the grid," at home with a midwife.
Problem #2, you accepted and signed paperwork from a Federally Funded HMO Hospital and your baby's strawman...
Problem #3, you cannot expect to claim any ownership of your baby, since your baby was no longer yours once you accepted your baby's state birth certificate.
Sad to say, but your baby is now a wholly-owned product of the state, a lifelong tax-slaver to the corporation called "America."
And what did you offer to the solution, besides trying to make a public mockery of me by shamefully ridiculing my comments? Where's your love gone, you worthless little troll? Get lost, give someone else a bad day, because you'll not destroy mine.
An Oath Keeper's baby is endangered? So communist traitors would be more suitable parents? Another example that Patriots are being targeted by a criminal fascist govt.; those who participate in the illegal incarceration of Patriots are just as guilty. The Oath Keepers are trying to prevent this kind of civil rights violation, not overthrow the Govt.

@resteep YES...HER EX WAS BEATING HER...they listed those offenses as Mr. and Mrs. Taylor, which is the father of the 2 other children...Jonathan Irish has A CLEAN RECORD according to AJ's investication behind the allegationa of abuse!
@resteep YOU are obviously the spoon-fed sheeple. Without critical independent thinking, you have been unable to properly define rights and responsibilities as you think that gov. contractors have the right to kidnap a baby and have it sent to be raped by foster parents. How do you justify that? Because the government tells you so? I'll say it again...by supporting the rights of others to kidnap children on a subjective premise, you also support their right to take yours.
Update (2:30 p.m.) Baby Cheyenne is currently being transported by sheriff’s deputies from the hospital to a sexual abuse specialist on the recommendation of the ER doctor. The baby has regained consciousness, and the sheriff has taken custody of the child from DCYF.
Ridley, go to Jones' website, the actual affidavit is on there and on a bunch of other sites, it says in there, exactly that he's a member of a militant group called Oath Keepers.
Click on my user ID and see my channel description for a more complete list of names, addresses and contact info for NH Dept of Children, Youth & Families personnel, the guardian ad litem, hospital depts/staff and judge in this case.
They did not take take the child away because of the father being an "Oath Keeper", they took the child away because of long standing abuse issues in the home.
The mother's other two children were taken away because she was abusive.
Now stop pretending this has anything to do with "Oathkeepers"!
It does not and you know it, unless you are a moron!
You are incorrect - the papers clearly state that the father is a member of a "militant" group named as the OathKeepers. the papers are posted everywhere online and have been confirmed. this is quite dangerous as if this allegation is allowed to stand as a viable reason for abducting infants from their parents then what other group is next?
Oathkeepers are our country's best. . . . . and this is how our government repays the loyality?
oook lets say your right, i dont know these people, havent reviewed the case file, cause well i dont have access to it. but for arguments sake lets say your right. If so then why mention Oath Keepers? why mention his fire arms? what do they have to do with anything? .... and why would it mention neglect? if what your saying is true, then the document should 'removal due to abuse' or something to that affect, cause thats all it would need to say.
I like how you conveniently fail to mention that the long standing documentation of domestic abuse against this man and the fact that the mother's parental rights for her two older children were terminated due to allegations of abuse.
You either didn't have all the facts before you commented on this matter, or you are dishonest in selectively omitting them Mr. Ridley.
@eieiowens Where do you draw the line when it comes to making decisions for others? Do you have the right to tell someone not to do drink alcohol, or what god to worship? Is it your right to walk up to a stranger and take their beer because you have decided it is bad for them? Do I have the right to take another's child because I feel they should feed them a balanced diet instead of a bunch of junk food? I could argue that it is negligent/abuse, but does that give me that right?
@resteep Where did I mention anything about Oathkeeers? You obviously missed the point. I don't condone abusing children. I am simply making a point with regard to rights & responsibilities.
1-Their reasoning is irrelevant as no one has the right to kidnap another's child.
2-We don't know whether or not the children were abused. CPS often takes children on a false premise as they are motivated by gov. funding.
3-WTF does Oathkeepers have to do with it, & why was it even mentioned on affidavit?
@resteep And what gives the state the right to remove a child? Because they say so? Because the parents are abusive? By who's standards? When does the rights of one supersede the rights of another? If I feel that you're negligent by feeding your kids too much candy, or if I feel that your kids need more discipline, should I have the right to take them away and give them vegetables or spankings? Where do you draw the line on rights and responsibilities? On what premise do you base your stance?
@resteep Do you not understand subjectivity? And you call ME ignorant?
And don't give me that it's the law BS. Just because the law says so doesn't make it right.
I.E. - The law requires you to inject your child with nasty chemicals found to cause autism.
I.E. - In some states, the law requires you to send your child to a school that they approve of although they can often be better educated at home from the right parent.
@resteep Further, as I already mentioned, parenting standards are subjective. How would you feel if a neighbor decided that after seeing you feed your kid "too much" junk-food, that you were negligent/abusive...then called CPS on you, siting that your kid is malnourished. Then CPS takes your kid and sends him/her to a place where he/she is raped? By supporting gov's right to take someone's child on a subjective premise, you also support their right to take yours. Is that right?
@eieiowens Parenting standards are subjective. It's all subjective. What is consistent is rights and responsibilities as it relates to the natural order of the universe. And by supporting the right of gov. to take one's child on a subjective premise, you also support their right to take YOUR child on a subjective premise. How would you feel if someone saw you spank your kid, or ground them to their room, decided that it was abuse, called CPS and had them stolen from you?
how can they just take a baby? DAM i forgot this is a police state were police can do as they please sounds kind of familiar NAZI GERMANY RING A BELL?
Too few people are paying attention to the fact that this baby is the prisoner and is abusively deprived of its mom's milk, the only healthy food for a newborn. No outstanding facts justify this child abuse by the officials involved.
What if her husband who she wants to divorce has called the law and child protective services saying that this boyfriend of hers is crazy and against he government and has guns and wants to do damage to his unborn child -- then they take the baby to protect it from the claims the legal husband is making?? I am just saying, it may have nothing to do with oathkeepers or the guy having guns..
This guy has a long history of arrests based on things that are not related to liberty-activism; however, this isn't grounds for taking their baby! This child has a MOTHER, too, who is missing out on vital time with her INFANT!
sounds like Fecal Matter is about to hit the rotary device on a national level. This COULD effect upcoming elections in NH, hopefully for the better. I pray this man gets his kid back, this is absurd.
@resteep ummm in this country people are innocent until proven guilty. You say don't be so quick to defend him but how do you know if he is a child abuser? were u there when it happened? if u want to just assume people are guilty right off the bat go ahead and move back to communist china.
@resteep ohhh well if u read an article in the newspaper it must be true. Yea u are right the media has never lied to protect the government before. Also who do u know in oath keepers? do you know the exact group of oath keepers this guy was affiliated with? I'm not attacking you i am questioning what you wrote. I am just asking critical questions.
@resteep From what i have seen the charges of child abuse were dropped. his other charge was if i remember correctly a drug possession charge. I never said this guy was an upstanding citizen just that i don't believe the kid should have been taken away. Also what do you think about the mother? is she a bad person? why is she not allowed access to her children? So are we in agreement that it was wrong to use any involvement with the oath keepers as a reason to take the child? notice no insults.
No personal offense, but this hospital and the police officers participating in this gives N.H. a bad mark for freedom. Of all states to have this happen, New Hampshire should have been the last. Again...no personal offense, but I would let the hospital and local police know what ramification this has for New Hampshire. People move there for freedom.
"Regardless of the other allegations, it is utterly unconstitutional for government agencies to list Mr. Irish's association with Oath Keepers in an affidavit in support of a child abuse order to remove his daughter from his custody." writes Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes. "Talk about chilling speech!
please do a background check on Jon Irish before you deem him a victim. On the search type in his name along with New Hampshire police in the search. There is so much more to this story., You have all been duped . He has been in the system past 2005 for drugs, sexual assault, weapons, look it up. You fools
@pootskins Let's say everything you are implying is true, that the person in question is of dubious charcter (and I'm not agreeing with this, but let's assume for a second that it is true) -
It doesn't change the fact that the "state" used his political affiliation as a stated reason for kidnapping the child. And that is the worriesome detail that makes this case special.
I can't see how using his alleged character "flaws" is anything more than a thinly veiled ruse to hide the real intent
@resteep the answer is yes, the evidence does exist, I have seen it. If you go to the campign for liberty site (just google campaign for liberty) you will see the document, which I am certain is not fabricated by OK. It's also shown on the OTN report which I gave a link to in an earlier comment. There is no question they used this as supporting evidence for the unfit nature of the "home". And that is the issue.
Child abuse, I do not know about in this couples case, I wouldn't put much faith in it just yet. Are you aware there does not have to be any evidence whatsoever for child abuse, all they need is an accusation... Many a parent has gone through this, accusations come from a neighbor, enemy, some idiot on the street.... They see something they do not like or disagree with, could be anything, and then Gov builds upon the said accusation with pure BS to make them out to be evil incarnate.
@resteep Mr Rhoads the founder of our oath keepers has confirmed that his association with oath keepers is listed as one of the main reasons. And that is a slap in the face of every one of us that served this great nation, or that simply love our country and what our founding farthers sacrificed to make this country the greatest nation on earth..All we want is for them to retract and explain themselves. God bless america
It matters not what their reason is for kidnapping the baby. It's not the state's right nor is it their responsibility to regulate parenting practices. By supporting the government's right to steal a baby on a subjective premise, you also support their right to steal YOUR baby on a subjective premise as well. How would you feel if they took YOUR child siting that you post comments on youtube?
@pootskins Its not his credibility that is the concern. Its the fact that they listed his association with oath keepers as one of the main reasons.Oath keepers is comprised of us veterans who took the oath to the constitution to surport and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic. And any other freedom loving american. but mostly in and-active military and police.Do we sound like terrorist to you.Everyone of us are willing to lay down our lives in defense of country.God bless america.
@pootskins Maybe, but lots of people have criminal histories and don't have their children stolen. I'm having trouble finding information so I'm remaining sceptical for now.
I looked to you ridley for the real dope and I got it...i admire your thoughtfulness and deliberation...so much these days i feel that we are being taunted to do something stupid..to over react and invite retribution from the statists...cool heads must prevail....
I am beginning to think that Irish is being targeted because of his political beliefs. Many of the charges against him appear to be trumped up, by that I mean, taking somewhat innocent circumstances and making felony allegations. Apparently, Irish is an open-carry advocate, which has led to many unwanted police interactions. This leads a spokesperson to say that "law enforcement is familiar with Irish after several run-ins" - you see how they twist circumstances? Camus' "The Stranger" anyone?
Yeah, I would hope the NH liberty community comes out strongly to oppose the governement's action here. It can't be stated strongly enough that the SPLC is the agent of evil behind this orwellian action. It's high time that the SPLC was identified and actively engaged by constitutionalists everywhere.
What I heard was that Irish was not even a full member of OK, that he had simply been involved with one of their bulletin boards, but I don't know for sure.
dave...the government there will not release it until the last minute! you wanna know why? b/c most many patriot's are very , very pissed..and they..the government wants to be ready if someone starts something..that's why it's not fully out yet! we all know they passed the line this time..we called the new Hampshire state police..they tried many times to blow us off! we knew they were lying from the get go. we warned everyone 3 yrs ago..this would happen..they will try and round up patriots
@mercuryrazvedka that they drew on purpose hoping to provoke a violent response that they could then use as an excuse to do all sorts of bad, unjust shit. Don't fall for it.
NH has no state coordinator, for one, secondly, We are not a militia....quite the opposite.. Stuart Rhodes is a founder and constitutional lawyer, and will be going after the state for the defamation of the organization...
actually GEORGE FOR TRUTH on youtube exposed it and helped it get to alex jones. Hes outta Cali and a member of INFLATION dot US I think. But either way... they take babies from patriots now cause they own the healthcare system. Before they would actually need him to sign the birth cert b4 he took it. Now any baby born in hospital is property of the gov.. sory cant do anything bout your kid unless you have them natural with no gov help... gov = hospitals
Please keep us informed. Minnesota is far away from the troubles, but we need to circle the wagons on this one if the family is being attacked for belonging to the Oath Keepers.
If the parents, the father in particular are as bad as alleged. What does his participation in Oath Keepers even have ANYTHING to do with this case. Some of you are dumber than you think.
Something just occurred to me. I doesn't seem possible to me that this man could have been convicted of domestic violence AND purchased several weapons recently.
As I understand it, and I may be missing some details here as I'm not a lawyer, a domestic violence conviction blocks your right to purchase firearms, and all firearm purchased through a registered FFL dealer go through a NICS check....
This is the Thought Police. The government saw something they didn't like (Oath Keepers) and decided to outlaw it without actually outlawing it. So the baby was taken to make this man an example to others. He held a belief the Elitists in government didn't want anyone to hold. And so they acted, and he suffered.
But I'm positive the government will not list being a member of the Oath Keeprers as a reason, on paper.
Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving military, reserves, National Guard, veterans, Peace Officers, and Fire Fighters who will fulfill the Oath we swore, with the support of like minded citizens who take an Oath to stand with us, to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God. Our Oath is to the Constitution!
@benjaminbartholomew It doesn't matter what the circumstances are...as long as the baby was taken against the will of the parents, the baby was kidnapped. NO ONE has the right to take the child of another, REGARDLESS. It is ONLY the right and responsibility of the parents to decide the fate of the child. NOTHING supersedes a parents rights to their child...even in the case of abuse.
@99blackorder If you want to believe that a child is merely meat and the property of its progenitors, good for you. I however would kidnap a child from a parent who was for instance molesting their child.
It is however unlikely the case that a child 16 hours old who had never left the hospital was abused by their parents and it is likely that the State used dubious reasoning to take this baby.
@benjaminbartholomew You incorrectly assert that I think of children as property/meat. It's not about that. It's about rights and responsibilities.
"I however would kidnap a child from a parent who was for instance molesting their child."
The children of others are not your responsibility. And it's not your right to interfere. If you feel differently, then maybe you should go around kidnapping the MANY molested children in this country.
@benjaminbartholomew Where do you draw the line when it comes to making decisions for others? Do you have the right to tell someone not to do drink alcohol, or what god to worship? Is it your right to walk up to a stranger and take their beer because you have decided it is bad for them? Do I have the right to take another's child because I feel they should feed them a balanced diet instead of a bunch of junk food?

GaGirlie777 1 year ago
All over internet news mediums, but FOX , CNN etc. won't cover it......sounds like guilt to me. I can't imagine that that hospital took part in this.
GaGirlie777 1 year ago
"Regardless of the other allegations, it is utterly unconstitutional for government agencies to list Mr. Irish's association with Oath Keepers in an affidavit in support of a child abuse order to remove his daughter from his custody." writes Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes. "Talk about chilling speech!

please do a background check on Jon Irish before you deem him a victim. On the search type in his name along with New Hampshire police in the search. There is so much more to this story., You have all been duped . He has been in the system past 2005 for drugs, sexual assault, weapons, look it up. You fools
pootskins 1 year ago

And that is the issue.
slewofdamascus 1 year ago
@resteep

@resteep How's this for critical thought...
99blackorder 1 year ago
@pootskins Its not his credibility that is the concern. Its the fact that they listed his association with oath keepers as one of the main reasons.Oath keepers is comprised of us veterans who took the oath to the constitution to surport and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic. And any other freedom loving american. but mostly in and-active military and police.Do we sound like terrorist to you.Everyone of us are willing to lay down our lives in defense of country.God bless america.

What I heard was that Irish was not even a full member of OK, that he had simply been involved with one of their bulletin boards, but I don't know for sure.

actually GEORGE FOR TRUTH on youtube exposed it and helped it get to alex jones.

ProdigalSonofLiberty 1 year ago
Did anyone notice.
The family has been under investigation for what.21 months.
They are alleged to be neglecting the 2 children already at home, but those children have been allowed to remain with their parents.
So, why remove the newborn now?
Also, if as is hinted at; the father is violent or some kind of 'evil gun nut' who abuses his wife.
Why has she not complained, left and or filed any charges against her husband?

Something just occurred to me. I doesn't seem possible to me that this man could have been convicted of domestic violence AND purchased several weapons recently.
As I understand it, and I may be missing some details here as I'm not a lawyer, a domestic violence conviction blocks your right to purchase firearms, and all firearm purchased through a registered FFL dealer go through a NICS check....
This stinks, and stinks bad.

Joining oath keepers is a Thought-Crime....welcome to 1984!
TankSwift 1 year ago
@TankSwift right?
mercen144 1 year ago
This is the Thought Police. The government saw something they didn't like (Oath Keepers) and decided to outlaw it without actually outlawing it. So the baby was taken to make this man an example to others. He held a belief the Elitists in government didn't want anyone to hold. And so they acted, and he suffered.
But I'm positive the government will not list being a member of the Oath Keeprers as a reason, on paper.
NoGuff 1 year ago
Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving military, reserves, National Guard, veterans, Peace Officers, and Fire Fighters who will fulfill the Oath we swore, with the support of like minded citizens who take an Oath to stand with us, to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God. Our Oath is to the Constitution!

BlueCollarSurvival 1 year ago 7
@BlueCollarSurvival If circumstances are as they seem, KIDNAPPING.
benjaminbartholomew 1 year ago
@benjaminbartholomew yeah last time I checked you can't really "steal" a person.
BlueCollarSurvival 1 year ago
@benjaminbartholomew It doesn't matter what the circumstances are...as long as the baby was taken against the will of the parents, the baby was kidnapped. NO ONE has the right to take the child of another, REGARDLESS. It is ONLY the right and responsibility of the parents to decide the fate of the child. NOTHING supersedes a parents rights to their child...even in the case of abuse.
99blackorder 1 year ago
@99blackorder If you want to believe that a child is merely meat and the property of its progenitors, good for you. I however would kidnap a child from a parent who was for instance molesting their child.
It is however unlikely the case that a child 16 hours old who had never left the hospital was abused by their parents and it is likely that the State used dubious reasoning to take this baby.
benjaminbartholomew 1 year ago
@benjaminbartholomew You incorrectly assert that I think of children as property/meat. It's not about that. It's about rights and responsibilities.
"I however would kidnap a child from a parent who was for instance molesting their child."
The children of others are not your responsibility. And it's not your right to interfere. If you feel differently, then maybe you should go around kidnapping the MANY molested children in this country.
99blackorder 1 year ago
@benjaminbartholomew Where do you draw the line when it comes to making decisions for others? Do you have the right to tell someone not to do drink alcohol, or what god to worship? Is it your right to walk up to a stranger and take their beer because you have decided it is bad for them? Do I have the right to take another's child because I feel they should feed them a balanced diet instead of a bunch of junk food? I could argue that it is negligent/abuse, but does that give me that right?
99blackorder 1 year ago
@benjaminbartholomew Parenting standards are subjective.
