There are some though that I have personally witnessed who seem to be on some kind of power trip or something. They think being an authority figure gives them licence to do whatever they want. He could have broken his finger from being thrown onto the ground and landing funny on it. And if it was a punch it was most likely self defense. The cop had no reason to tailgate him and throw him to the ground.

He could have broken his finger from being thrown onto the ground and landing funny on it. And if it was a punch it was most likely self defense. The cop had no reason to tailgate him and throw him to the ground.

ya ur right. it could have been either way. Pretty much i am saying that the officer could be guilty or could be innocent. the cab driver could be telling the truth or he could be throwing the story way out of proportion. im on the officers side but i dont know wat happened so im stil saying that he could b guilty. and if the officer was injured...depending on wat injuries he had... the cabbie took it a little further than self defense

The officer attacked a citizen. Other officers responded to the call and drove away with him. This hear say that you speak of makes me wonder if you have any education in criminal or civil law!
The officer is corrupt and he is currently being dealt with appropriately!!
