Which is true, however it's usually while on some form of drug such as cocaine where the person can feel thirsty, however due to the effects of the drug don't notice their bodies signs to stop drinking. Most people would stop drinking water when they felt they'd had enough. But you always need to account for people who aren't so on the ball per say.
People have died drinking too much water, it can cause electrolyte imbalance if you drink several gallons of water in a short period of time. She did not specifically say that people die from drinking too much water after a massage she just did not want to answer how much water people should drink.
