When are these company's gonna except defeat and join up with Scarbee. No matter how hard they try they'll never get it to that level. The sounds in this are ok at first.. but the more you listen the more it sounds fake and exaggerated. And Just like anything that makes a small splash, it fizzles out and is forgot by the public and the company. The said thing is I already know what to expect with Sv2. It'll be a slice of Kronos.

Hey Korg is this a brand new piano sample or is it more like a high-rez of the original SG1 sample? It sounds like a new one, but I really can't tell with YouTube compression. And can you run the piano through the amp sims? I can't wait to get one of these babies.

@ZombiGrisGris The SV-1 has brand-new pianos, and also the original SG1D sample set. And yes, you can use the amplifier modeling section with any sound.

Played the SV-1 a couple of days ago, and I've got to say, the pianos are just great. I was set on a Nord but came out of the store disappointed and confused. Can boring old Korg really do this stuff better? I'm starting to think so...

I'd like to hear someone do a demo of the sound pack #2 for the sv1. I heard they put a darker sounding Rhodes on it. Does anyone know if its more like a Herbie Hancock sample (early mark1)?
