@SkyBuster3000 I went from 135 lbs to 160 lbs over the course of a year during college. It was really hard for me to gain weight and I used to bitch about how I "eat so much" and never gain weight. But I kept persisting, never giving up, and eventually I started gaining, 20 lbs of mostly muscle over time. Losing weight is a very similar process. I went from 160 lbs to 155 lbs in a couple of months and it was way easier than gaining weight, because I don't have to eat all the goddamn time.

It might not be the easiest thing in the world but anyone who is sufficiently motivated and has no extreme disabilities is completely capable of losing weight gradually. The fat people in this video are simply not motivated enough. There are people that bitch/complain about how fat they are yet don't actually take steps to fix it.

I'm not overweight, but I have been trying to lose 25 pounds. I've lost weight, but motivating myself is quite difficult because I'm always depressed and anxious. For someone much larger than myself, I couldn't imagine how hard it must be.

Some of us literally have an "addiction" to food. But I say that obesity is attributed to laziness sometimes, because when I look around me, a lot of people don't "eat their feelings". They just don't care about what they're putting in their body, so they're fat.
