Yes, It is a temple with an exhibit to see., one is heaven, and the other is hell for Daoists.

Where is the other temple? and do they have anything special that makes them different than other temples?

Sorry, I can't explain to you because I'm not so familiar with the 南鯤鯓代天府. The only thing I know is that 南鯤鯓代天府 is even bigger than 麻豆代天府, and it have two temple together in it, including a big one and a small one. The big one worship 五府千歲(5 Regent King you named in this video) and the small one worship another god. It is told that they had a fight to dispute the space for building temple in ancient.

Another thing I know is that somebody says that 南鯤鯓代天府 and 麻豆代天府 have some relationship between them. 南鯤鯓代天府 is locate at north of 台南縣北門鄉(Pei-Men, Tainan), on the Highway 17. If you go there, you can try a kind of special food named 燒酒螺 there. :)

The real name of the temple is 麻豆代天府. Maybe you can also visit another temple 南鯤鯓代天府 which worship 五府千歲 too.
