@HSVproductions either its not plugged in all the way, the ear piece is broken or the jack in the controller is broken. idk what to tell you. hope this helps

well if you have a HD tv you have 6 colours to put in the normal white/yellow/red and the blue/green/red i have all those 6 in my AV 3 slot so i put them all in your tv may be different i dont know, but i think hd tvs also have the normal slots too

x1 is wired but very good and the x3 is the same as the x1 but takes out one little wire and you have to spend 20 more dollars plus a shit load of batteries. and the x4s and amazingly crazy good but coast a whole lot more then the other ones. so if you have the money to buy the x4 thats the way to go but just looking for some crazy almost top of the line gaming head phones the x1s are the way to go

can you hear anything besides the vocies of other players or no. make sure the red and white cables are plugged in correctly. also make sure the volume on the headset is turned up for the game not the players

the volume pays through both. I turn the TV volumeall the way down so i can only here the headset sound. Hope i ansered your question, if not send me a message. The turtle beach is worth it.
