So what, he spends a couple minutes saying know the candidates b4 u vote. There is not a single person that doesn't know you should know the person b4 voting for them. People do not know what the politician rly really believes, who is going to be in their administration and what they are going to do. The founding fathers thought we should have a republic democracy because the common person will not be able to spend their time figuring our these issues. Unless u rly know i dont want u to vote.

Voting is easy you don't have to know anything to do it. I disagree with telling people to just vote though. Those who care enough will vote and usually those who care know what they are voting for. If people dont want to vote they must not know what they are really voting for, or don't like the candidates. When I first voted it was because I was 18 and I just thought now I can vote, but I regretted who I voted for. I believe you should vote but you should really know what you are voting for,

That,s why he spends an entire 2 or 3 minutes out of his entire monologue saying how important it is to study the candidates before you vote and then vote for them. "Learn about them, read about them, question, them, listen to them, then on Election Day listen to yourself"... Craig Ferguson.
