i dont get that whole stage fencing, with this distance u cant hit her without any pass or lunge, the normal distance is one that you can touch u opponent

Then do slow sparring and lose the ego compition mindset and pratice with chilled out people that want to devolop correctly

In Russian Systema or the "system" the slow sparring game is a element for fast and advanced learning

that is you move slow and keep your movement small and still obey of all the real time phyics of fast movement even throu you are moving much slower.
