i can understand the frustrations of these stranded travelers but screaming at the cops is targeting the wrong group. if you do that to american cops, you will get hurt seriously and charged for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. hong kong cops are very gentle.

其实这种事情解决很简单，购买机票时要明文规定飞机误点多久，何­时误点，航空公司就要提供免费食宿。 如何双方都按这个规定严格行事，就没有这种纠纷了。

Ye but Chxna Sxuthern XXXLine has done a poor job to calm the crowd. After 5 days of mis-flight, passangers trapped at airport with expired VISA, no money, no food, no placeto stay. How did the airline responsed NO temporary accommodation, bad attitude, and shown ignorance. Thats not acceptable as an airline.
