so much nicer gui than any os i haved so far, and i've used leapord, fedora project (gnome), suse (gnome and kde), vista's aero, win7's aero (beta), and one of the most advanced for it's time, luna on xp.

use the package manager synaptic to download these things. It should be found under system>administration. Then you search for screenlets and compiz-fusion, not beryl! beryl is old. Compiz-fusion is a merge between beryl and Compiz Window Manager. Good luck!
