@HailMJ Also, sewing is fun! I learned to sew in junior high home-ec in the 70's. I was kinda self-taught; the teacher helped me at first but I took it from there and began sewing things on my own at home. I gave up that hobby for awhile in my 20's but took it up again. It's very rewarding. And doll collecting is fun as well. There are all kinds of adult doll collecting groups and websites, and doll shows--you should go to one sometime! The vintage ones have guys looking for action figures, etc.

@HailMJ Also, sewing is fun! I learned to sew in junior high home-ec in the 70's. I was kinda self-taught; the teacher helped me at first but I took it from there and began sewing things on my own at home. I gave up that hobby for awhile in my 20's but took it up again. It's very rewarding. And doll collecting is fun as well. There are all kinds of adult doll collecting groups and websites, and doll shows--you should go to one sometime! The vintage ones have guys looking for action figures, etc.

@HailMJ What do I do to enjoy life? Look at my profile, I have all kinds of hobbies and interests. Why on earth would I want to use a DRUG to enjoy life?? I experimented with alcohol a bit in my immature teen years to be bad and cool and to loosen up at a party, but I outgrew all that by the time I was 20 or so! Same with my husband! We have no desire to drink or smoke pot or anything like that. We wouldn't even know where to get marijuana--it's ILLEGAL!!

@HailMJ Yes I tried alcohol. I was an immature teen and wanted to loosen up at a party, and also be bad and cool. And alcohol was legal, unlike marijuana! But luckily I outgrew the desire to use a mind-altering drug to enjoy life. I knew I couldn't keep doing that forever, so I stopped drinking booze.

You haven't read the blog I publish almost every Father's Day detailing the dangers of smoking and how my dad died hooked up to an oxygen tank after years of smoking. And so what if pot doesn't lead to hard drugs? That doesn't make it right and it doesn't mean YOU have to use it.

@realskater126 Freedom of choice? You tell the judge that if you get busted. Where I live, if you tell a judge it's your "choice" to smoke pot, you'll be thrown into jail faster than you can blink an eye!! But even if pot were legal, it doesn't make it right to use it! As I've said, a grown adult should know better than to use drugs to enjoy life. This is good morals and just plain common sense. You KNOW this in your heart.

And I smoke marijuana every night.
And I can honestly say taking adderall most of my child hood, that marijuana made me a better person and gave me the drive in life. It also lead me to make some of the best life long friends I have ever met.

@GrowJunkieXL Heck no I haven't used pot. I guess you haven't seen my long life story I published online years ago. Nobody ever offered me marijuana or talked to me about it or anything, and I was a teen in the 70s! Same with my husband! But smoking pot was the farthest thing from our minds. You had to be a totally different person to do that! We did experiment briefly with alcohol in our immature college days to be bad and cool, but outgrew that by the time we were 20 or so.
