She's got a very good singing voice. Thank goodness she does not use autotune. That thing is an abomination to the music industry. Dylan, Hendrix and Cohen have unique voices but I would not call them terrible. Check out Tom Waits too, no one sounds like him. No one can bring out the emotions in a song like Tom Waits. That what Zooey does here nicely, bring out the emotions.

i like the fact that she's quirky. yeah she's no voice of patsy cline but she brings something interesting and new to the table and some people just aren't into the perfect voice type of music all the time. she's real, raw, straight forward. so what if it's not perfect? who is? lol i can't believe i have to actually say that in reference to some of your guys' comments! some of you all should stop being so negative :)
