  • ENEMY CARE PACKAGE INBOUND!

  • I seriously thought this was another Assassin's Creed trailer when I saw that logo!

  • YOUR CARE PACKAGE IS ON IT'S WAY!

  • illuminati are seriously pushing it now!

  • @Westlondonstudios That's exactly what I thought. They're being more blatant than ever, they're almost revealing themselves at this stage.

  • I thought it was a lynx effect advertisement at first instance. Lol.

  • @15firekid - me! Thats the stupidest thing I've herd

  • who would walk up to a random container dropped by a helicopter

  • those crafty marketing execs, they've gone for the conspiracy demographic and the momentus imminent occasion dollar, you can monetize anything these days you crazy cats. nice job. sincerely. Now what was it Bill Hicks said anyone in marketing should do.....? XD

  • ABSTERGO! NOOOOOOO!

  • Assassin's Creed??

  • @CarlopartnerLR Thank God I'm not the only one who sees Abstergo symbols everywhere in this spot. xD

  • ...phew, thought it was abstergo making its move.

  • i was waiting for zombies ...

  • Next year I'm planning to go to america as an au pair and in my free time I'd really like to try crossfit. Any recommendations for a beginner?

  • Publicity in its play. Understanding a message in entirety.

Well it., the start/beginning, giving assumption, a produkt.

Well selling, buying me, real yes. Go .

  • new orld order has arrived, triangle shape

  • Was I the only one being seriously worried while thinking "Templars..."?

  • @Regulartrashcan no, you were not D:

  • How did they fit all that crap in that one crate?

  • kipping, shitty form, injuries ahoy

  • who the hell has $200/month for a gym membership. this shit is absurd.

  • @ibtarnine that's how much I pay for a years long membership

I guess joining a cult can be expensive

  • @ibtarnine actually there is a gym in my city that thrives at $200/mo.

Personally I used to go to a yuppie gym and pay a trainer. I paid $50/hr for the trainer. But I left my management job and went back to school, so now I do crossfit and pay $95 a month. Since classes are never bigger then 8, I get good attention from the 2 trainers. 1 of which who has trained Olympians. I also work p/t for 2 large gyms and can work out free at them they are $30 a mo. But crossfit has worked best for me.

  • @Mcheetah You can't lose anything because you are half assing it. I am a personal trainer and nutritional expert and I hear this all the time. Here's my homework for you. calculate your Basal metabolic rate( real easy, google the calculator and use it) multiply the result by 1.5,make the protein content 1.5grams times your body weight, the rest you can make what ever the heck you like i.e carbs and fat content,

  • The cybran nation is on its rise!

  • Look, whether or not you're a Crossfitter, powerlifter, bodybuilder, P90X or into Zumba, here's the reality:

In North America, nearly two thirds of people are overweight. Nearly a quarter are obese. Childhood obesity is huge now, all due to shitty food and not moving. If you get out and exercise, then good on ya. I Crossfit, paying attention to form and I'm not big into Oly lifts in large numbers. That's what *I* do. I don't shit on anyone else, as long as they're off the couch and sweating.

  • Eh, I drank the Kool-Aid, it's fun and I'm getting in shape. Yeah you can screw yourself up if you don't do the stuff right. Solid way to get back in shape for those that hate hitting the regular gym.

  • Oh, CrossFitters.

  • @mmgraff1 P90X Ask "Fran" about P90X

  • Crossfitters life expectancy 10years... sing it with me"Head, back, shoulders, knees, and toes, knees and toes"... Ask any REAL powerlifter. That much volume, and that little of training is a double disaster.

  • @FiTWarriorTV Not sure if you ever dropped by a CF affiliate, but they are hard on form. All workouts are scaleable to the persons ability and if the coach feels you are over your head, then he / she will tell you to unload the weight. CF is big on nutrition ( wwwrobbwolfcom ) and big on working on your issues – see link. wwwmobilitywodcom/ . Have a great day!

  • So... this is Reeboks version of P90X

  • @mmgraff1 this was done way before p90x

  • this makes me sad.

  • looks like abstergo

  • fuck yall

  • 13 years old. Cross-Fitting a year. Love it to death!!! Not only has it helped me get my tumbling for cheer but I broke a record for track and this is my first time doing track!

  • There's gotta be a more economical way to ship crates of shoes than by helicopter. That's just silly.

  • Only tools on here are the losers that think doing crossfit makes them a badass. Pathetic.

  • THIS IS GONNA BE AIRED DURING THE SUPERBOWL TOMORROW!!!

  • Now that CF has joined up with Reebok, they can get even more people than ever before to drink the Kool-Aid!

  • @toolfanify Oh, I don't know. Kool-Aid isn't Paleo, you know. Haha.

  • The logo on the containers look like Abstergo industries logo from Assassin's Creed.

  • @theawesomeness579 Good, so it's not just me that thinks that!

  • Comment removed

  • Wow! Are you kidding me! This is amazing, we all need to kick it up 10 notches!!!

  • can knock it until you try it i am only fourteen and have been doing the adult version of Crossfit for about a year. And if you think this isn't a real sport because you don't catch or throw a ball you are very mistaken.(lets see your snatch)

  • I see nothing wrong with people getting excited about working out and pushing themselves. Crossfit may have its downfalls, but when it comes down to it most "crossfiters" are people who have decided to push themselves to their own limits and come out on the other side feeling successful and more confident. Ron Paul 2012.

  • Just got a response from some loser telling me that "if you did a 2 minute fran, you'd feel like a badass too". No, sorry, doing pullups and pushing a barbell up and down doesn't make me feel like a badass. And for one to think so, you have to wonder how little they have accomplished in their lives to think that way. Been on several combat deployments and dodged bombs and bullets and I don't feel like a badass.... I just feel lucky to be alive.

  • @USMCR ur a tool

  • I think anything that can help anyone get into better shape or motivate and/orinspire them to try to work out or even just move around is good..I like it.

  • Wow. This makes we want to work out like really hard.

  • @3gulo3 not all crossfits are 250 dollars and its worth it.. and maybe you should stop making excuses for not going just because your lazy. im 16 and i do it. just remember that if a 16 year old can go, you can go

  • @softball77100 Son, I've been training in CF, Muay Thai, and Strongman for years, not to mention Marine Corps PT. There are plenty of good exercise programs out there that cost far less and are just as effective. Just because some people don't do CF doesn't mean they're lazy.

  • @mycha31 i do sports too. and i crossfit too. crossfit is just a way to exercise good, instead of going to a 24 hour fitness to lift a few weights, go talk to people all the time, and then go into the poolvto relax

  • love this commerical! done crossfit for 2 plus years and im only 16.. and i DONT do crossfit kids, and i will never..lol.. thanks reebok for putting crossfit more out there to people

  • @3gulo3 it turned you away because you are a giant pussy.

  • @getliftedanthony Yes, doing thrusters as fast as you can makes you a REAL man....

  • CrossFit was better as a small good sport at first but the last thing we need is 5,000 more athlete's flooding our gyms!

  • INFIDEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Only fast way to shred body fat without exercise FOC Diet . Com (no spaces) lose 2-4 pounds a day! patented diet guide, and 6 pack abs guide!

  • I'm 29yrs old i weigh 295lbs.when i first started about a year ago was 320ish.you have to understand cf is not your ordinary gym (earphones, keep to your self, 2+ hrs and not even break a sweat) ya it's a little on the expensive side but you are usually in a group witch helps motivate you.A w.o.d (work out of day ) is usually short but kicks your but . The support from coaches on training correctly, keep your momentum, eating a LOT better and chaining your life style to meet your goalswellwroth it

  • @alejandrosayha wow 20 lbs in a year your not doing it right and you need to eat less

  • @alejandrosayha

I think it's great for anyone who wants to lose weight, but the fact of the matter is, both healthy living and vainity are very expensive and not for... well, "people without a lot of money." I go to Planet Fitness two to three times a week and have eaten relatively healthy (no ordering out, no junk food or McDonalds) most of my life and I still can't lose anything.

Being fit and healthy takes dedication for sure, but it also mostly takes MONEY.

  • @Mcheetah What a fucking cop out.

  • strongman training > crossfit

  • @MrJozravens Neither, they are both equally good, they are DIFFERENT WAYS to train, you fucking ignorant philistine cunt.

  • @3gulo3 +++: it helps tremendously if you have a qualified coach assist you with your techniques but there are 100's of CF & professionally associated links to educate you on what/how to lift, perform, prevent injury, etc. Keep an open mind & whatever you do, have fun with it. (BTW - I don't appreciate urbandictionary referring to me as "un-credentialed" - I've got a Master's in Exercise Phys, numerous 'credentialed' certifications, & 30 years coaching experience to go along w/ my CF cert),

  • @mrosenquist1959 why is the cheapest CF gym in my area $175/month? That's the real pill. I can go to almost any regular gym for 1/3rd of that. Even that swanky David Barton place is cheaper...

  • @3gulo3 Not sure why anyone would pay to do workouts that are freely given on their site or one can make up on their own....

  • There are idiots and arrogant assholes in every endeavor. I'm sure most of us have encountered some in traditional bodybuilding as well. To those who speak based on some sort of stereotype rather than personal experience, I encourage you to try crossfit. It's an efficient way of getting fit and even making friends through a shared struggle. I have yet to vomit, pay $250, or tweak on a pull-up bar (I like the traditional kind still). Peace.

  • Enemy care package incoming !!

  • i would fuck them up if it were me.

  • the cost. Goddamn anything even remotely related to Crossfit is expensive. At least they give the wods for free!

  • @pgru92 They are free because a 5 year old could make a crossfit workout.

  • @mrceebees14 Shut the fuck up and let me do my stupid, random, nonsensical workout in peace :)

  • Crossfit is great, enough said. I've been doing it for nearly three years and I've never sustained an injury from it. However, I am far stronger, faster, quicker, and more coordinated than when I started. It's true, Crossfit is not for everyone. It will not make you "great" at any one aspect of fitness, but it will make you very well rounded and improve your overall health and fitness. For an average weekend adventurer like myself, it's perfect. The only valid criticism I've heard is about

  • FUCK YOU REEBOK!!!

  • my mom likes reebok...

  • Pedobear @ 0:23

  • Never understood the hate aimed at CF. if you are so against it, why watch a video about it?

  • @brandenb78 you clearly don't understand the concept off 'troll'

  • @brandenb78 It's not hate fool, it's calling it out for what it is. Some people seem to think it's the second coming and need to get a serious reality check.

  • Reebok and come into the CrossFit movement full swing and is doing great things. CrossFit itself is producing some great things. including training programs on the website doubleundertraining dotcom if you are struggling with double under this program is guaranteed or your money back. "The Secret to Double-Under Success Revealed: How to improve your Double-Under Efficiency In 5 Basic Steps" is for real. First 3 chapters are Free with email sign-up.

  • Lol i just came here for the commercial.

  • NO ACTA !!! UNITED WITH POLAND SOCIETY

  • To all the CF haters..and people get injured doing Zumba, Step, Turbo Kick, Oly Lifting, etc. If you have no common sense then you are 100% correct, CF is not for you and I don't want you at my box. But if you are willing to listen to your body, listen to the coaches and push your self to a point that YOU are comfortable with, then please come and drink the Kool Aid.

  • @lhmaxwell17 Alright there tough guy. Hope you can do those thrusters fast cause apparently you think that makes you a man.

  • Yeah because people who have been playing real sports for the last 2 hundred years have never been fit.

  • lawsonmahoney- you truly don't know what you are talking about. Have you attended a cert? Glassman's "CEO has totally fucked the company"? Really? Glassman is the CEO. The Level 1 trainers and specialty cert trainers are outstanding, true experts in their respective fields. You may have a poorly-run local box, so go to another one. Coach expects clients to use their intelligence and apply their brains to their training, not to play victims. Reebok has brought a lot to CF.

  • What has arrived? lol I see nothing different same old stuff.

  • Made in China.

  • I play real sports, not trying to be the best at exercising.

  • @Mycha31 ur totally right, CrossFit is just a brand name, plus the workouts are so random they dont make sense, lol for example a random workout can be 2 rounds of jacking off for time haha

  • @Mycha31 Have you tried it? Numerous athletes at various levels utilize CF in & out of season for training. Don't knock it due to its recent commercialism and give it a try.

  • @phaberkamp I was just quoting Kenny Powers from the first episode of Eastbound and Down.

  • This is a paid advertisement, brought to you by Google.

  • Stupid ads

  • if you want to watch world class lesbian athletes, watch the reebok crossfit games. i know that's why i watch it...

  • ElectricFad . com

    Thank me later...

  • Aggieboy... Reebok OWNS Addidas num nuts!

  • @mrbolt80 other way around

  • people still buy reebok???

it's all about nike and adidas

  • bunch of zombies are guna pop out..

  • crossfit is gay.

  • @zdwade I would love to see you try it. After you pick your face up off the floor and clean up your vomit, let the world know just how gay it really is.

  • @at80fl right, because exercise should be about vomiting and feeling like you just died.

  • Forget the box. I want the Black Hawk!

  • Kind of reminds me of the abstergo symbol from assassin's creed. hmmm?... nahhh

  • OOOOOH WAIT!!! I GET IT NOW! The new world order obviously doesn't have a need for fat people so they are trying to get everyone in better shape! (This is probably a really flawed theory).

  • That looks like a Illuminati/New World Order symbol, just saying... lol

  • Illuminati much?

  • Care package arrived!

  • I was thinking about trying crossfit out until I read the urbandictionary definition. "A bunch of rich white people paying $250/mo. to have an uncredentialed coach instruct them to have spasms with PVC pipe and seizures on pull-up bars until they vomit." Completely turned me away.

  • @3gulo3 cool, so you're a moron

  • @3gulo3 thats actually a very accurate description

  • @3gulo3 well then you sir, are a weak minded individual. First off, to trust what urban dictionary has to say makes you a fucking idiot. crossfit is better off without you, because i guarantee it would be a waste of time for you seeing youre not mentally or probably physically capable of doing it.

  • @alex4011 Try dodging some bullets and bombs there jackass and then come talk to me about being "mentally and physically capable." Friggin fucktard.

  • @3gulo3 It is expensive... I was shocked by the price. I love the def though. Great laugh.

  • @3gulo3 Maybe you should go check out a class instead of believing everything you read on the web.

  • @3gulo3 & everyone else: Too bad you got this sort of definition. It isn't this way at all. You can certainly do anything and everything we do completely free in your own garage/basement/playground/etc.

  • @3gulo3 For those of you who think that Crossfit is anything like that Urbandicitonary version then I have something to say. If you think it's nonsense you haven't done your research. If you think it's easy, then you aren't pushing hard enough. If you think you can do it....prove it.

  • @Wired357 The only way to lose 2-4 pounds a day safely without exercise is with the FOCDiet at FOCDiet . Com

  • @3gulo3 maybe you shouldn't use something as un-crediblen as urbandictionary to base your information on.

  • @3gulo3 I'm a QUALIFIED CrossFit instructor (not only CrossFit qual's, but university Sports Science and more...). I'm not rich, and I only pay $40 a month to train. Yes, I am white, is it a crime? i've never had a spasm, or used a pvc pipe. i've never had a seizure or vomitted at training. (So now you're thinking I'm not fit, and don't train hard enough.) I use CrossFit as cross-training for speedskating. i'm world Masters Champion in marathon distance. CrossFit works fine for me.

  • @Cyberkidsooty Why would you pay anything to do a WOD that a 3 year old can come up with? I see college didn't make you smart.

  • @3gulo3 great idea, let a biased opinion be the basis of your decision.

  • @3gulo3 Took their month long elements course when CF first hit NYC. Then been incorporating CF with my Muay Thai and Strongman training. It's a decent set of exercises if you just want to get into general decent shape. But you're right, been doing this for years while some idiot with barely day and half seminar is somehow a certified coach. And paying some gym/often locker sized room 200+ bucks a month to do WODs you can get off their site or make up on your own is ludicrous.

  • @USMCR It is what it is, a borrowing of everything from gymnastics to olympic lifting and giving it a catchy name while a whole horde of idiots thinking they're bad asses because they can do a 2 minute "Fran".

  • @USMCR Let's see you do a 2 minute "Fran" and NOT think you're a badass.

  • @3gulo3 No, the "coaches" go through a day and half seminar.... And to think, I've wasted my time over the past 8 years training in Muay Thai, Strongman, and Crosstraining (Which what CF really is, a regurgitation of every other olympic event)

  • Sure buying the right gear is a good start. Next how about a BodyAttack class!!!

  • Look there's a message in this video. Its behind your dollar bill.

  • passdisturbed brought me here:)

  • All i can see are a bunch of un-accepted quests from swtor....

  • GAY

  • @pilcklepugh9 you sound like an idiot.

  • @pilcklepugh9 YOU'RE GAY :D

  • did anyone else for a moment think that Reebok symbol looks like an Abstergo corp. symbol from assassins creed?

  • This commercial tells me Reeboks profit margin for this fitness equipment is way too high.

  • Kenny Powers put it best /watch?v=De7rbB2bteE

  • Oh, I thought this was about Assassin's Creed.

  • so when does this movie come out?

  • were do i sign up

  • inb4 care packages.

  • This does not look anything like Simpsonville SC

  • Is this like P90X?

  • @MrGiovhanny No, not like P90x, more intense, and the workouts change all the time. Most people who Crossfit love the community and encouragement from other members.

  • @at80fl Oh, wow. Thanks! That sounds like a really interesting and adventurous thing to get into...

  • i watched porn yesterday night
