  • One chinese chef told me for larger quantities of scrambled eggs you need either larger wok or a larger normal black iron frying pan if you want to do it really fast.

  • I made this once ^^ my grandma taught me and then I gave it to my american friend, she said it taste salty because of the fish sauce...

  • I like to put fish sauce and a pinch of Msg and a some black pepper. Asian Style. My mother taught me.

  • i don't even bother beating them in a bowl now as i saw a chinese chef just por the eggs in without beating them first. just put the eggs in and when they look like a fried egg in the wok break them apart and mash them up really fast and they become scrambbled. DOn't waste time beating eggs before.

  • no its right, its a scrambled egg omlette. its like an omlette with a bubbly texture. a normal omlette is just 1 layer of egg

  • If you get a trypod for the camera it would be easyer to cook ;D but you did a good job anyways
