Josh is Johns best friend, so he must know how fantastic guitarist and singer is John. I thing that it will be so much inspired and he will work so hard and few years later there are 2 options.

A major part of the Chili's sound was not only John's guitar playing/synths but also his backing vocal arrangements... when I listen to Dosed that song is enough to make me cry (and has). But then I listen to Omission which is a track from Shadows with John and Josh and I realise the Chili's would be in safe hands. Plus Josh has performed live on stage with the Chili's already... and he looked very much part of the set up.
