she actually married a white guy raymond parks :) and also she didn't get thrown off the bus she got arrested- that was a separate time when she was asked to leave the bus and enter through the back in the pouring rain. The driver quickly drove off letting her walk 5 miles home in terrential rain

This such a hidden Gem. One of my favourites - have watched it about 25 times since I saw it earlier this year. Trouble is it makes me cry. It really is incredible. It touches you in a way that you never quite forget.
