Tell you what - you tell me EXACTLY how they just "put" 2.5 million onto Incapacity benefit.. It has to be applied for and medical proof has to be supplied. @Bazanadu i have friends who have worked in several goverment departments for many years.after labour came to power they told me how they were given targets to get people off the dole and on to incapacity bennifits.these people do not know each other but have exactly the same storys.doctors do not need to conspire or lie for the goverment they have to take every one at face value.if the question of incapacity arises there standard anser is it is not there job to police the bennifits system.
