Saw them a few months ago in Belfast supporting Enter Shikari they were incredible and let loads of people on stage with them. Gonna see them tomorrow in Dublin for Kerrang tour.
I just saw these guys last night at Emo's and i was astounded by the amount of emotion that the singer poured into the performance of this song. When someone can do that in a live performance, that is when it becomes art! Never heard of them before then, but now i'm a fan.
Saw them live the other night at the Diamond Ballroom. Guy jumps into the crowd and gets in the mosh pit, and when he falls down someone picks him up and hugs him. Best concert ever.
Saw these guys 3 times last year and seeing them another 2 on the Kerrang Relentless tour next month, every time I've seen them they've been INCREDIBLE! Met them aswell and they are honestly one of the nicest bunch of guys ever!
i saw these guys in concert for the first time not knowing anything about them, but omg their performance was AMAZING! one of the best out of the bands who were there. so much emotion and sincerity, i fell in love with them esp. when they performed this song.
This song deserves a listen from every person in the world who's had mother problems, you can hear the pain in his voice as he's forcing out these lyrics amazing.
@applecheescake its just the way it is. but nonetheless, they're amazing. he even slightly resembles daryl palumbo sometimes. very similar style with the vocals and random fashion sense. I've been completely addicted listening to them at work since i heard them, so props to them and their awesome sound...
@edubchilds Oh hell yea, I had a similar conversation with a mate when we saw Glassjaw on March 30th. The look of the bands, the songs they produce, the stage presence, it's all very similar and I think it's possibly even deliberate on Letlive's part
If you think this song is great and you havn't seen them live... Then you will like this song at least twice as much after you've seen them! The energy and passion they put into this song (and all other songs aswell but this one is my favorite) IS AMAZING! p.s. if you ever get the chance to see this band live, JUST DO IT!
Seen these guys 3 times now thanks to Enter Shikari. The first night I was intrigued by them, seeing as I don't see many fantastic support acts, by the third night I'd decided I was going to be booking tickets for Kerrang! tour purely for them.
Potentially the nicest guys i've ever met, interviewed them and seen then 4 times this year in various sized venues barrierless and barriered, no matter what the turnout they always put on a top show, even when i saw them in february when only one person in a 200 strong crowd knew who they were.
These have become my favourite ever band, quite quickly and have impacted on my life quite seriously, if your reading this guys, thank you so much :)
saw these guys at an Enter Shikari gig last night, never hered of them until then, and now i am absolutely hooked! these guys are amazing there music wont let you down!
Hiya. how did the gig go? Have you got your hearing back? I'm 48 yrs old and was excited too. My next gig is Rise Against at Leeds next week, I'm really, really excited about this one. Saw them 2 years ago with Anti-Flag and Flobots, that was the 2nd best gig I've seen, the best was 30 Seconds to Mars and Enter Shikari back in December at Manchester GMEx. What a night.
@0mgMusic It was completely insane, Jason crowdsurfed over my head and punched me in the eye by accident:') The explanation he gave before they played this song made me cry, it was so heartfelt and emotional.
"I didn't have an easy time when I was younger, and my experiences then make me act the way I do now that I've grown up. And I know, a lot of the time I act in ways I shouldn't, I know that, but I am trying. If you're trying too, know that its okay. It is okay. This song is for everyone out there who's still trying to change, it's called 'Muther'."
MASSIVE paraphrase, but that's roughly what he said before playing this song last night at the Enter Shikari gig in Dublin. Phenomenal.
@NoctisTenshi Yeah he spoke from the heart and after he was finished the band kicked in at the right time. I was very impressed by them. He even climbed up onto the balcony the mad fecker! :)
Just found Letlive...OMFG!! This is what i call EPICNESS!! seriously amazing band!! Cant belive they are supporting bands like Sum 41...and New Found Glory!? it should be the other way round!! ^_^
I saw these guys twice in Toronto in the past 6 months. The best 2 concerts I've ever been too. I even got to talk with them a bit and they are all so chill.
This is the ONLY band I would compare to glassjaw since glassjaw, the songs are well put together, the urgency is there, raw emotion and passion...dude is a fuckin nut live.....lol....
I've been wating for this album for a long time - These guys put the POST in post-hardcore cos they just delivered! Sorry for the pun but these are truly the heirs of Glassjaw, we finally have something to be excited about
@shuckingcornlmj theyre amazing live. LOTS of energy and you'll think hes on crack but Jason is just amazing like that >:D dont even hesitate about seeing them! EVER!!!!
Damn, this is real good music, I mean really, I can't imagine why mainstream media don't play songs like these.
What happened to the time when uniqueness and talent justified who was great?
Now it's all faces and cheap tricks.
I grew up with people who gave their lives to making good music.
I can't bear to see how the music scene will turn out when I grow older but at least I know that for every worthless song made, there's a great one like this somewhere.

Even if it didn't get ruined, it'd still not be the same. I think that's kinda the point these guys try to prove at times. I get what you mean though, and agree (Y)
I couldn't make up my mind what album I loved more from last year. Letlive - 'Fake History' or Bring me the Horizon 'There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret'. To totally different kinds of music i know but both amazed me equally.
"She was actually a friend of ours that we met in Charlotte when we were recording. She honestly just happened to work out really well with the part we were looking for - her name is Chelsea. She isn't personally involved in anything musically otherwise. She's got a great voice though, right?"
@nayte23 Birmingham for me, also wonderin to go to 2 others aswell, surprised only 2nd london night is sold out :/ , took day off work just to make sure i actually gt tickets for birmingham ones as i thought they would sell out within minutes as Your Demise are big round here and Enter Shikari aswell obviously lol, i wanted to go to that Enter Shikari and 30 seconds to mars at NIA but sold out :/
I can honestly say that Letlive are legit one of the best things I've heard in a VERY long time. They should hurry up and get their asses down to Australia!
Man I remember when they played this live and Jason almost cried. Fuck I almost cried from how beautiful this song is and the meaning behind it is soooo amazing.
i wish there was a button that let you dislike the people that disliked this video
dont compare any thing to bieber there is no point even thinking about making the comparrison. metal, hardcore and post hardcore will never appeal to the general public so lets keep letlive our thing our secret away from the consumeristic pricks that ruin/run the societyswe all live in.
One of the best albums of the decade? For sure! Most important post hardcore album since worship and tribute? Definitely! One of my new favourite bands? HELL YES!!!
He sounds like Daryl Palumbo from GlassjAw with even an even more emotional sincerity and the guest vocalist's voice is beautiful. This song is a masterpiece.
if you're a fan of letliveyou should check out their interview on the show Tour Stop. you can find it on facebook. just search Tour Stop and then watch espiode 17!
@chewey50 But the majority of the viewers that watched Justin Bieber disliked it.
So really the majority of those 420 million people know that he sucks overall but he's a marketing project so of course he has to be made famous to make money and to make that raging faggot happy.
@chewey50 it seems that if you wanna get big in the music industry, the last thing you need to worry about is the music. Focus on your publicity and image, the music will sell itself once everyone can't turn a tv on without seein your cute 12 year old face, and like.. like, hair
let beiber do his thing, and letlive will do theirs. beiber is an image, not a musician. letlive is a group of real musicians. not arguing with your point, its absolutely correct. but shit, kids just a hustler gettin paper. thats all.
@chewey50 if you don't mention shit like this, people wont go and look it up to see how many views it has.. you're just giving him publicity.. any publicity is good publicity.
@chewey50 has nothing to do with society. People watch what they see commercialized. I choose to find music that isn't the same as everyone else's preference. Hate society because noone votes or does a damn thing to chance instead, they sit at home and think why bother. It has nothing to do with them and then they listen to music and complain about the world and all its unfairness.

@tifftrinkota Are you retarded? It is pointless to vote, because no matter who you vote for the goverment is just going to put who they want as president so they can get what they want, and do what they want.
3:31 to the end gives me chills...fuckin sick, they killed it in this entire song.

Focus on your publicity and image, the music will sell itself once everyone can't turn a tv on without seein your cute 12 year old face, and like.. like, hair

@chewey50
let beiber do his thing, and letlive will do theirs. beiber is an image, not a musician. letlive is a group of real musicians. not arguing with your point, its absolutely correct. but shit, kids just a hustler gettin paper.
