They could just be part of someone's stand up routine, because if you read them (the fridge one especially) it definitely sounds funny. Maybe some words are in capitals to help the comedian remember his/her sketch.

Even if it was subliminal messaging the effects are still unproven to have any major effect. I think the initial was not to manipulate but to generate a buzz (and judging by the response the this video its developed exactly that). I'm still quite intrigued why it as been aloud on UK broadcasting, since regulations state its prohibited ( probably because it such a grey area) But PLEASE don't suggest any manipulation of "Mind control" it is comedy channel after all.
