Or for all we know, it could be psychological or Remilia just has that skin condition. If Flandre doesn't have the same skin condition or isn't psychologically effected by the myths of vampires, then Sunny Milk's ability isn't effective. From the looks of things, Remilia and Flandre are a type of magical vampire. Like a Magician, but developed into a vampire. I forgot where I read up on those types, but they aren't really effected by sunlight.

More likely, it's a combination of two things: 1) Sunny doesn't have any light to bend into Flandre's face (it is the basement after all) and 2) if there were, Sunny is probably too stupid to even think of it... I would be surprised if those three know anything about Flandre at all.
