They only do the end of Celes arc. It's in the new OADs called Tsubasa Shunraiki Zenpen.

No, they do not have any episodes about Celes. They just have 2 OADs with little flash backs of it. Not as much as I would have hoped.

Because Fay's blue eyes are the source of his magic, and Syaoran needed that magic to help him locate the feathers.

Sugoii!! I finished the OVA and it sure was teary indeed. Who would have thought that Syaoran-kun has a doppleganger? Right? I cried as if my eyeballs are gonna fall of when Fye's eye was took by the evil Syaoran. Kurogane was so COOL!!! I saw Yuuko-san, my favorite clamp! Gambare, sempai!!! It sure was impressive!!

I know! When I was reading the manga, I was yelling at Syaoran when he ate Fay's eye because I love Fay's blue eyes. Yeah, but actually, it's Kuro's left arm. But he doesn't lose that at Tokyo, he loses the use of his arm at Celes. (Poor misfortune twins! Waaah!)
