  • again, not jkd...

  • Holy shit that's fast!

  • My grandmother can do that with her ass cheeks!

  • did he die?

  • the idea of chain punches is to keep the opponent of balance, and that is why it is aimed at the solarplex or nose than anywhere else.

  • i want this guy to make me a sandwich

  • Haha, Danish :D

  • this is Wing Chun, but stupid WC... "i do not fear the man who practices 10,000 punches once, but the man who practices one punch, 10,000 times"...

WC is relaxed, not balled up with pure tension.

still, if it works for you, good on you, you've made a relaxed style, tense.

  • This is Wing Chun not Jeet Kune Do

  • How many of those "strikes" would actually kill you? Let alone hurt you? My estimate is ZERO!

  • @JVThrillz

Actually he would brake you in pieces after just one Tan or Bon Sao,he would rip you appart. It is obvious you don't know anything about Wing Chun.

This man is Sifu Morten, extremly fast and powerful Wing Chun master. I admire him for his dedication and speed.

  • @TheVidaar Nah =)

  • @JVThrillz

First of all your sentence is wrong. "How many of those strikes would hurt you,let alone kill you?" is the proper way of saying it. Second, killing intent is something that can be discussed, but not here,as Wing Chun is a system designed for self defense. Ofcourse, depending on the user,it CAN be lethal. Most of the time one's target is neck, eyes, jaw, ears.

If Sifu Morten would do his Biu Jee drill upon yourself without restricting himself, you would most likely die,or end up in a coma

  • @TheVidaar Nawh, B =)

  • This is wing chun sticky hands.

  • gay.. i think a powerful punch is better that 100 minipunches in 0,5 seconds haha

  • @amun1980 you do realize the guy was doing this with open palms instead of fists.

  • Comment removed

  • @jimmyjkd powerful punches work good in a real fight. if you dont have good timing or accuracy,

you better train this first. watch ufc where are jkd? where are wt? where are chainpunches? just in the gyms for young girls to fight vs the big raper? lol...

  • @amun1980 i will have to do some investigating into that my friend, bruce lee said learn to fight with combinations, he probably doesnt mean chain punching. i would agree with powerful punches do work chain punches are crap, boxing style punching is better. to be honest mate, there is too much conflict out there. i think i am going to just stick to bruce lee way of training.

  • Hate to break it to you...but where do you thing JKD got its start from. Wing Chun. So you are all right. JKD broke down the inessentials of wing chun and added many things from many other martial arts to create a much more free form martial arts.

  • You people don't get it...everything is jeet kune do.

  • @pachin63

I understand. And 'everything is kung fu' is even older version of your sentence. Even Jeet Kune Do developed form Wing Chun. This is chi sao and Biu Jee application of Sifu Morten. Wing Chun system.

  • its wing chun

  • Yes, those blows make no contact..so, each blow that did would transfer energy into the neck slowing up each successive blow and unless the first blow was of sufficient force to incapacitate the 'defender' he/she would instinctively move or counter. He's VERY fast of course but would probably himself say that the first strike would be all he would need and then its playtime.

  • @MrEllaitch

exactly. you make a good point there. The first strike would ofcourse,be the most powerful one. The rest are there to finish to job, completly maiming the opponent in the process.

What he did there before his combo was chi sao. It serves the purpose to feel the distance and hand position of your opponent. After a single block/traped hand,he released his strikes.

  • the mind and body are creatures of habit. If all you do is train to stop yourself right before impact, what do you think is going to happen in the real world. Yes he's fast. Yes it looks cool. But no human is going to be able to take that many blows. Once the first strike hits he wont be in the same spot. This demo is shit. It should be called guy with fast hands. not JKD

  • Comment removed

  • No-Power comes from the the hips and legs rather than the arm itself..That is the idea.

  • Wing Tsun. Not JKD.

  • @bkcalvine wing chun i think...

  • Ouais mais si les 6 punchs font pas mal ça sert à rien mdr

  • Omfg. thats insane

  • very fast!!! but whenever you move that fast there is not much power. you gotta give it to him though i have never seen anyone that fast before...wow.

  • power = mass x speed2

  • WT Leung ting SHIT

  • Morten Ibsen he is the Co-founder of and instructor in Wing Tsun Scandinavia. He is a master of 2 styles of Wing Chun - WT and WSL

  • WHOA...who is this dude?

  • shit

  • this is wing chun

  • why is this called jeet kune do.

    and more traning

    you shall become faster..

    remember be like water formless

    adapt to any thing.

  • wing chun

  • Woh... very good.....nossa muito rápido...

  • what a speed

  • @teddyscw das the power of bitch slap!

  • @teddyscw Now think that Bruce had x10 of that speed! It's nothing compared to Bruce Lee and like bkcalvine said, this video shows Wing Chun only!

  • loool :D look at that speed, wooow

  • 2 sec !!

  • no dude, that was one second and even if it was 2 this dude is moving faster then Bruce Lee himself...

  • ok it looks fast but no one is going to hold there hans down. wheres your hand checks at??

  • You're absolutely right. this is exactly why they invented chi sao, so when you wanted to show off how fast you can make a sandwich, your wing chun partner would punch you.

this guy can probably make a sandwich in under 1/4 of a second (granted he wasn't fighting anyone)

  • Stop arguing whether it's Jeet Kune Do or something else... the point of Jeet Kune Do is that it's always different, always changing, always adapting, like water.

  • this isnt jeet kune do, rename the title to wing chun chi sao or something other than JKD...

  • it jeet kune do evolved from this..even bruce lee admitted it.

  • your statement is confusing. This is wing chun, Bruce Lee studied wing chun since 14years old.

  • je suis sur il a manger du sonic xd

  • eso es jeet kune do

  • Change the title of the Video ....

  • chi sau is based on contact and touch if the guy on the right punch when contact is broke or energy is changed then the guy on the left is fucked simple as and anyone who's done it know's what i mean

  • chi sao is a joint effort, what if the guy on the right punched when he feels a different energy the guy on the left can't do what he's doing cause he'll get hit

  • that's wing chun not jkd

  • it is wing chun allright, series of hits not so good except the first 1, that is realy fast an powerfull, after that first round he gets tired though and slows and loose movement accuracy. First wave is really impressive.

  • US WING CHUN!!

  • that hand sped is amazing -- and its pretty obvious those blows are aimed at potentially lethal points in the neck.

I ususally call stuff I se BS but this voideo impressed me as a genuinely dangerous fighter

  • Why would he stand there while he just does all those hits? This definetly isnt JKD...i do JKD and the guy we do it to usually tries to block the hits and there is where the INTERCEPTING comes in. Prolly a noob

  • dude it's tommy carruthers. search him up on youtube.

i don't know much about jeet kune do, but from a wing tsun point of view it looks like a modified version of the chi-sau exercise, which is a drill, not a real combat sequence.

  • this is not tommy carrauthers. tommy is from scotland and he trains JKD. This is a danish wing tsun sifu named Morten Ibsen

  • es goku

  • Its called sticky fingers. I think it comes from wing tsun like unclealpal2 said. If you train hard enough and know how to it is possible to feel the oponents next move.

  • its just a guy throwing his hands in and out simple as that it proves nothing but its not jkd at all

  • actually looks a bit like wingTsun

  • great speed!

  • This is wing chun...

  • no it is not wing chun is the core of jkd thats why the moves

  • It could be either since the fast punching techniques originated from wing chun and Bruce Lee borrowed those techniques in his jkd.

  • this is not jkd ,nore is it bruces modified wing chun , its bad wing chun passed off as jkd

  • zarpado de rapido ese chabon

  • oh i get it the bald guy is practicing being the dummy wheres the jkd?

  • Hey mate could you just stand there a while why I whizz round you with my ego's B.S.

  • idiots this is not jeet kune do, this is wing chun

  • I wouldn't say they were idiots memlee3 but they are arrogant in the fact that most Wing Chunner's all think they automatically can do JKD. Plus as always like the masses they are cashing in on Lee's hard work.

I don't think I can do Wing Chun, classically minded people can only think 2 dimentionally, i.e., FLAT.

  • that's some ignorant bull right there..mind you it's wing chun that made bruce lee a notorious streetfighter and he made wing chun famous in hong kong by kicking every challenger into the ground

  • btw jkd is not a style it's a concept..a way of thinking which in these times is more accepted.

you could say that he introduced MMA to the masses...and about wing chun students being arrogant? watch an interview of bruce lee..the man invented arrogance :p

the system works and it's based on vengeance..a real wing chun student is a dirty streetfighter..the system is about survival not sport read it's history. take care :)

  • i thought that that gung fu (not kung fu) was the concept you speak of. and jeet kune do is sort of a branch of gung fu that helps you harness the concept.

  • gung fu of kung fu is basicly the same thing and it's reffered as chinese martial art as a whole..it's was the way how they wrote it in the sixties..it means well done or good going in chinese..jeet kune do originally was a style but then bruce discarded it. the journey of finding oneself through a combative form cannot be teached..you walk that path alone..but you can be guided. just like Lee learned from experience, research and opinions and advice from people and friends.

  • but because you put that and the jeet kune do I give not true the one which you on that video and Wing Chun. .ho six make perhaps mistaken to you and you have exchanged it for the jeet kune do I give

  • actually something of JKD is taken from Wing Chun...the only problem are the fists itself:not always he will manage to connect with all six fists.

it's pretty easy for your pponent step back after being hitted from the first one or two hits.

  • What is the point of punching this fast without any power?

  • It is a drill to build speed, technique, and muscle memory. In a fight when your mind is frozen the body will still react. This is just training.

  • power = force/velocity

    know your physics.

  • *typo (wasnt thinking right)

    power=work/time

  • he is wearing Leung Ting Wing Tsun gi.

  • i think that crap is usless. in the reallife you never could get so close to your enemy to to that shit fast punches. your enemy will keep you at distance with his feet. and with luck he could knock you out with 1 good aimed kick. and your fist are usless

  • in a real fight most of the striking will be from punching range

  • how old are you?? have you ever been in a real fight? real fights aren't tae kwon do matches mind you.

don't get me wrong i thought wing chun sucked untill i got my ass handed to me(more than once)by the teacher and he wasn't a sifu..this shit is straight to the point with minimum effort

  • man this isnt jeet kune do wtf

    this is wing chun

    but he punches super fast

  • JKD actually does use chi sao and other trapping hands drills.

  • this is wing chun !

  • -_-'

  • first of all this is not jeet kune do its Wing Tsun !! and jeet kune do is thaty bruce lee made out from Wing tsun :)

  • 6punches in 1 second i don't think so, ha ha ha ha

  • If you practice chi sau like that it is completely pointless and useless. It is best left to wing chun.

  • how suprising he doesnt make a mistake and hit him

  • amazing speed!!

  • just ask yourselfs what boxers do when they work on the inside or when both oponents are tired

if u dont wanna be hit u evade

when facing a swing or hook

i think that throat an eye jabs r more effective

bullys look good in da ring

but wing chun practitioners have nuthin to lose APART FROM THE CENTRELINE

JKD IS A PHILOSOPHY THERES NEVER 1 ROUTE TO THE TRUTH NUFF SAID

  • this is not jeet kune do. This is wing tsun

  • a bunch low intensity blows

  • to the neck...u dont need much for the neck

  • wa machen die da ! hahahhaaha erbärmlich

  • Call this what it is...Chi Sao. It's for sensetivity trining. It's not an intire system.

  • okay and the other dude isnt moving... awesome? lol

  • But Wing Chun is the basic of Jeet Kune Do!

  • nup

  • Wing Chun, yes, but not JKD! Plus the initial blow each time is retracted i.e. telegraphed, fast hands are pointless if one is telegraphing. Sterile drills prove nothing, why dosen't he show himself pulling off such moves in a competitive spar? Enough said.

  • not junfanjkd or conceptsjkd but at least the guys really fast!!!

  • So's Dwayne Chambers.

  • I hope that every person that labels wing chun or some lame karate video "JEET KOON DOUGH" should be raped anally and shot 5 times in the belly, then given herpes. Fuck you ignorant assholes for misinforming other assholes.

  • lol "Jeet Koon Dough" thats hilarious

  • This is Ving Tsun i actually trained with the guy his name is Sifu Morten.

  • Eveybody's already said this but this is WING CHUN not JKD.

  • this is not jkd!!!stop say bullshit!!!

  • What idiot labelled this as jkd?

  • theres chi sao in jkd....i take it myself

  • thats basically wing chun

  • its a chi sau drill from wing tzun, chun, tsun or whichever one, the guy on the right is letting the other guy practice, its a drill to develop sensitivity in the arms.

  • god damn.. and whoever is talkin about the what ifs the guy throwin those punches would seriously hurt someone even before they could realize what's happening

  • lt wt biu tze drill.. not in this way in jkd.. i think..

  • abbastanza veloce...azz

  • OMG

  • 4646asdfasdf so ur saying if i throw 6 punches which i dont believe is possible and this vid isnt makin me believe it in one second it would hurt....come on..trying doing that in a fight when u have someone attacking you not just standing there.

  • these are training drills to increase hand speed and feeling

  • Actually at that speed u only need connect the first time with one blow and it will shatter ur face

  • OMG

  • wow.. cool

  • deeeng! thats fuckin crazy!

  • Sam4Freedom74....Mate Bruce Lee's JKD was and still is not considered a style by those who practice it. It is a concept. Secondly he did not create this way of thinking because he didn't fully understand or grasp the wing chun principals. I have no idea where you got that theory but it would be readily denied by those closest to Bruce.

  • he could collapse some lungs with that hand speed.

  • is doch egal was es is,is lngweilig

    STREETFIGHT

  • This is Wing Chun NOT JKD. And its a chi sao drill, its impressive to watch but its a drill. The oponant isnt doing ANY blocking and letting the practisioner do his thing. JKD is Bruce Lee's style with WC as its root. But I personaly believe it was created because he didnt grasp fully the wing chun principals. He was still an intermediate student.

  • But how much power in those punches?

  • a lot of power. The faster the speed of the punch the more pwoer it is.

  • it doesn´t matter what style it is... you don´t have enough time to figure that out, the punches are too damn fast!

    =D

  • I´ve never seen this fast punches...awesome.5*

  • He's fucking amazing

  • Gay.

  • I don't see you punching that fast

  • Yeah, this exercise is from Wing Chun/Wing Tsun. But it is also commonly utilized in JKD training.

  • world class striking GET SUM!

  • No no no no! jkd has a distinct cirriculum to follow its called Jun Fan Gung Fu. if you dont know that dont make any attemp to explain JKD. JKD is a process not a product.

  • you're wrong, JKD is neither a process nor a product. Its a set of philosophies, a way of thinking, a way of finding the most effective and efficient way to defend yourself. The training allows someone to put those philosophies into action and reflex.

  • oh so my instructor booklet from the inosant academy which has that saying in bruce lees hand writing is wrong gee bruce lee would love to hear you correct him

  • first of all, its Innosanto. Bruce Lee himself said that JKD is formless and can be applied to many (if not any martial art).

  • no its Inosanto . and we will never cettle this so. keep going your way.

  • If Lee were alive he'd be angry wit hwhat JKD has becum

  • Why ? Everyone has there own system. If anything I think he would be happy, ya there are some guys that use the name falsely, but they know deep down that they are not who they say they are,Fakes. look at those so called martial artists and see them as sorry losers. But don't get mad at them!

  • These are WT practicioners performing the Biu Tze drill. Not JKD.

  • nice but jkd has forward pressure, as impresive as his speed is, it has the force of a daddy longlegs having a hissy fit

  • what a butt. u talk as if u no martial arts

  • this is wing chun, not jkd

  • yea i know, thats why i love it when ppl say 'thats not jkd' they dont know what theyre talking about

  • Keep in mind that JKD is "the way" that the practitioner interprets the martial art. There is no set principles or techniques in TRUE JKD as Bruce Lee meant it to be learned. It is finding the way that works for you. It is not universal. Bruce Lee's Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do is what applied to HIM. You can learn HIS way, but just because it worked for him does not mean that it will work for you. JKD is not one set of beliefs. It is infinite.

  • exactally

  • This is definitely not Jeet Kune Do. You can tell by the hand trapping. It's strange how this exact video was uploaded with the title "Wing Chun fast hands", but mistakenly titled Jeet Kune Do, as well.

  • omg that's not jkd 1. that's wing tsung

    2. his 6 hits in 1 second are without power and energy... only fast sweet punches...

  • Who can say that it isn't j.k.d? As j.k.d isn't a style you can 'role' into whatever you want, plus Inosanto and other greats still teach chi sao in j.k.d concepts

  • omg but this is wt not jkd, if somone practices mainly muay thai, it is muay thai and even not jkd... nap

  • thats impossible! speed is power

  • This is Wing Tsun.. a danish Sifu in Denmark..

  • this ainʻt jeet kune do its just speeded up chi sao.

  • Thats Wing Chun "Stick Hands" technique.

  • I like the principles disturbed but lets be fair learning how to kick the crap outta ppl to help the flowers and butterflies is for hollywood MA is to prevent violence to yourself, friends and family nothing more. And ignore which style more ppl recommend/is in current fasion, choose the one that has the best instructor in your area and that u get the most from

  • No one ever seems t
