call me a blasphemer, but this is the one dead song of which I prefer the studio version to any live version. In high school, before I became a full-fledged deadhead, I always had this playing while driving to the beach whenever I got up early to go surfing. Now its the only version which conjures up images of the sun rising over the dunes and the smell of sea breeze.

this album always takes me to a point in time. Learning the world with a GD soundtrack. I remember rocking out in my buddy's T-top, cherry red T-A with this blasting. Perfect summer nigh, nowhere to go but to stare at the country and watch the colors and beauty. It was amazing to be young. I would give anything to have it back.
